Guidelines to register for Personal Contact Program (PCP)

1. Log in to your e-Connect account and click on “PCP” menu. Here you will find the tab PCP PCP

Registration.

NOTE:- The students who will not attend PCP classes after registering for the same or who will have less

than or equal to 10% attendance in PCP classes, will be debarred from the registration in upcoming/next

Personal Contact Programme.

2. On clicking PCP registration tab, a pop-up window named “Important Information” will be opened.

3. After reading this information you need to click on the checkbox (Small Square) to activate the Submit

button.

4. After clicking on the Submit button, you will get the list of the courses registered to you in the current term.

5. Now, you need to fill the following information:-

( a ) From the list of courses you may register in atmost 06 courses, but for getting PCP online certificate,

student needs to register in atleast 04 courses and must have 60% or more attendance in the registered

courses.

(b) You need to enter your current working contact number for receiving updates about PCP classes

through SMS.

(c) Here you also need to submit your choice for availing hostel facility.

NOTE:

i. The students opting for hostel facility would be charged a nominal amount of Rs.150 per person

per day (excluding mess facility).

ii. Dormitory / hostel rooms would be provided on sharing basis.

iii. The hostel facility will be booked online on first come first serve basis and rooms will be

allocated on the day of reporting.

iv. Charges mentioned here are only for accommodation and for eatables extra charges would be

levied.

v. Any loss to the University property would be recovered from the students.

6. After clicking on register button, a pop-up window will be opened and you will be asked to

reconfirm your registration details.

7. If all the details of registration are correct then student will click on Confirm button. Once your

registration is complete you shall take a printout of the registration slip for your future reference

8. In case student registers for less courses by mistake or wants to change the registered courses, he/ she may

click on 'Deregister' button and register with correct courses again till the end date of PCP registration. No

request for addition/ deletion or change in registered courses would be catered once the PCP registration is

closed.

11. The eligible students may print their PCP online certificate from the link mentioned below. For

getting PCP online certificate, student needs to register in atleast 04 courses and must have 60% or more

attendance in the registered courses.
