Eligible Entity for Rooftop Solar PV Systems with Net Metering Target Tariff Incentives For Residential and Government Consumers Upto a maximum of 50% of consumer's sanctioed load Net Import: Consumer's existing tariff Net Export: Surplus generated energy shallbe purchased by the concerned DisCom at APPC rate of the year in which the SPG is commissioned. The generated energy shall be credited towards meeting the DisCom's RPO For Type 1 Consumer: Net import: Consumer's existing tariff shall apply Net Export: Surplus generated energy shall be purchased by the concerned DisCom at APPC rate of the year in which the SPG is commissioned. The generated energy shall be credited towards meeting the DisCom's RPO For Type 2 Consumer: Net import: Consumer's existing tariff shall apply Net Export: Surplus energy generated in 15minute time blocks shall be purchased by the concerned DisCom at APPC rate of the year in which the SPG is commissioned. Type 2 (a) The solar energy generated & consumed during 15minute time blocks shall be credited towards meeting the Consumer's RPO. Type 2 (b) The solar energy generated in 15minute time block shall be considered for getting RE Certificate (REC). For Industrial, Commercial and Other Consumers Type 1: Shall utilize only the 'ENERGY' attribute and not utilize the Renewable attribute for RPO or REC. Type 2 : Shall utilize both the 'ENERGY' as well as the 'RENEWABLE ATTRIBUTE' Upto a maximum of 50% of consumer's sanctioed load / Contract Demand of the Consumer i. Shall own the rooftop solar PV system; ii. Shall own oe be in legal possession of the premises including the rooftop or terrace on which the entity intends to install the PV system; iii. Shall be a Consumer of the local DisCom and the premises where the entity intends to set up the rooftop PV system shall be connected to the DisCom's Grid; iv. Shall consume all of the electricity generated from the rooftop solar PV system at the same premises. i.  Shall  own  the  rooftop  solar  PV  system;ii.  Shall  own  oe  be  in  legal  possession  of  the  premises  including  the  rooftop  or  terrace  on  which  the  entity  intends  to  install  the  PV  system;iii.  Shall  be  a  Consumer  of  the  local  DisCom  and  the  premises  where  the  entity  intends  to  set  up  the  rooftop  PV  system  shall  be  connected  to  the  DisCom's  Grid;  iv.  Shall  consume  all  of  the  electricity  generated  from  the  rooftop  solar  PV  system  at  the  same  premises.  If  not,  relevant  provisions  defined  in  this  policy  shall  be  applicable  to  the  generated  surplus  eletricity.
