Overview Screen
Single Window Booking allows users to book deliveries for different malls, different vehicles and different timings altogether in a single submission. This way, bookings are done more efficiently as users do not need to do multiple separate submissions.

How to Book Deliveries for a Single Day 1) Click on “Booking” drop-down menu, then select “Single Window Booking”.
2) Under “Booking Type”, select “Day Booking”.
3) Under “Choose Date”, click in the text box to select your date for delivery.

4) Select your mall to deliver to (example: Tampines Mall).

First, select your vehicle; Second, select your mobile number in the text box below your vehicle; Third, select your delivery time slot(s); Forth, in “Deliver to Assigned Tenants” field, select your Tenant then click on the “+” button beside; Fifth, the Tenant you are delivering to will appear in the field “Selected Tenants”.

6) Then, select another mall you are delivering to in the same day (example: Bedok Mall).
This will add the first booking (as done in Step 5) into “Booking Summary”.
Repeat the procedures in Step 5 to do booking for this mall selection.

If you have multiple vehicles (if applicable) doing deliveries to the mall, select your other vehicles and book for their delivery slot(s) as well.
7) Once done with planning your deliveries for different vehicles (if applicable) and malls,
click on “Proceed To Submit” button to confirm your booking.

8) You will reach a booking confirmation page. Click on “Submit Booking” button to
submit bookings. To make changes to a booking, click on “Edit” button. To remove a booking, click on “Cancel” button. To go back to do more bookings, click on “Back To Booking” button.
After submitting your bookings, a pop-up message will prompt you of the successful bookings. Click “OK”.
How to View Booked Time Slots 1) Click on “Booking” drop-down menu, then select “View”.

2) Under “Mall”, select the mall you have booked for, then click “Search”.
Repeat this step to view bookings you have made for other malls.
How to Book Deliveries for the Week 1) Click on “Booking” drop-down menu, then select “Single Window Booking”.

2) Under “Booking Type”, select “Week Booking”.
3) You are able to do up to a week’s worth of bookings. Select your first date for delivery,
then select your mall to deliver to (example: Bedok Mall).
4) First, select your vehicle; Second, select your mobile number in the text box below your vehicle; Third, select your delivery time slot(s); Forth, in “Deliver to Assigned Tenants” field, select your Tenant then click on the “+” button beside; Fifth, the Tenant you are delivering to will appear in the field “Selected Tenants”.

5) Subsequently, select your next date for delivery, and then select your mall to deliver to.
6) Repeat the procedures in Step 4 and Step 5 to do bookings for different vehicles (if
applicable) to different malls at different dates.
