TORTOISE
My favourite animals are tortoises. They live in America and Africa.
They have got short legs, long claws, a heavy shell, little black eyes and a beak. There are a lot of scales on the shell and on the head. The tortoises are green- brown and yellow.
They eat leaves, flowers, vegetables, fruit and sometimes stones!
They live about one hundred years.
Baby tortoises appear from eggs.
The tortoise is very slowly because it has got
a heavy shell.
I have got a tortoise at home too. I like to watch
it very much!
