Newsletter Term 4 Week 6 Wednesday 20th November 2019

The term is certainly flying by! Please keep an eye out for notes that will be coming

home with regard to the various end of year activities that the teachers are organising

for the children.

Building Update

The new school is looking fantastic and is still on track for us to occupy day 1 of next

term.

Parking I am very aware that parking around the school has been limited and difficult. This problem should be alleviated next term when the workmen are no longer here. In the meantime, please be mindful of not parking in and across the neighbours’ driveways.

2020 Staffing We have begun forming the classes for next year. If your child is leaving the school, please notify us as

soon as possible.

Mrs Trish Payne

Canteen News

Never let the things you want make you forget the things you have

All the best Jemima and Liz

We are very sorry to advise that The Lunch Shack, operated by Jemima and Liz, will be leaving the canteen at the end of this year. We would like to acknowledge the amazing service provided by Jemima and Liz, particularly their commitment to healthy food and the War on Waste. We have been very lucky to have The Lunch Shack as our canteen provider for three years but it is now time for Jemima and Liz to have a break and in-vest some time on themselves, their families and their own careers. A huge thank you to Jemima and Liz.

A request for tender for a canteen service provider has been advertised. If you know of anyone who might be interested in operating our school canteen, please talk to Christine in the school office.

Keely’s Fundraiser for the farmers

Support the Dilly Drought Drive

Keely is selling succulents and seedlings to raise money to support the farmers. 100% of money raised

will go to feed and water for the farmers . She would also like to raise awareness of how we all need to

help our farmers and save water.

Keely chose the Dilly Drought Drive as the area is close to the Illawarra. It covers the Wollondilly, Picton

and MacArthur area.

Variety chosen randomly

Small succulent $3

Large succulent $5

Seedlings will be mixed

Herb/vegetable seedlings $2
