Dead Lift
The client moves to the second machine to perform the Dead Lift action. The personal trainer
provides support and instruction then the client performs the Dead Lift by creating upward load
on the bar and holding for a five to ten-second count.
This isometric action focuses on developing the strength of the spinal erectors, trapezius muscles,
hamstrings, and forearm muscles, but also the supporting tendons, ligaments, and bone tissue in
