have had the opportunity to see the
Ti Cats play at the University of Guelph
this season.
The new stadium holds a lot of
promise for alumni in terms of a place
to gather and enjoy the future in a state
of the art facility. We are very fortunate
to have a relationship with the Tiger Cats
in which they provide a 2 for 1 season
ticket opportunity for all Alumni.
Since the season ticket drive is in full
swing, the Ti Cats continually ask us for

Our website www.htcaa.ca is an
amazing source of nostalgia and valuable
information. Please visit it often to
see what has been done and what is
on the horizon. It has contributed to
an increase in our membership and we
now sit at 166 paid members. If you can
think of any alumni who would benefit
from joining our brotherhood, please
give them a boost and direct them to
the site.
Alumni had a great time at our June
Golf Tourney at Sundrin Golf Club! We
again raised significant funds for our
many partnerships while enjoying the
camaraderie of fellow alumni and friends.
Thanks once again to all of our sponsors
for their continued support.
Please respond to our promotional
piece in this newsletter regarding our
Wall of Honor Dinner and plan to attend!
This year the theme is Celebrating
the Hall of Fames’ 50th Anniversary in
Hamilton. The Wall of Honor Committee
is inviting members of Alumni that are
in the hall to attend this special
celebration.
In closing I would like to shout out
to members of the ‘86 Grey Cup, my
teammates, I have DVD copies of the

COMMEMORATIvE PAINTINGAs many of you may have read on
page 3 of our newsletter, the Alumni have partnered with a sports artist to recognize 75 of the greatest CFL players to have worn a Hamilton uniform. The painting consists of players who have been inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame; the Wall of Honour; the Walk of Fame and the recently elected All-Time team.
There will be a special print signing ceremony held at 4:30 pm at Carmen’s Banquet Centre prior to the Wall of Honour dinner for all Alumni depicted in the painting. Each Alumni member volunteering to sign the limited edition print set will receive their very own free print to take home.
There will be 145 limited edition prints which will be sold and of which a commission will be earned by the Alumni Association. There will be approximately another 40 players only prints as gifts for their participation in the signing.
Please contact Bob Krouse at 905-643-1772 to confirm your participation and attendance at the Wall of Honour dinner.
