Method granite + marble cleaner: It might seem expensive at first around $7.99 for 12 oz, but the bottle's sprayer sends out a fine mist across a large surface area so you don't use very much with each cleaning.

The smell is clean, but slightly chemical. Method's site assures us that the product is biodegradable and safe.

The cleaning service rates below are simply base/starting rates. The rate to clean your home will depend on the square footage of your home and how often you need cleaning.

Initial Home Cleaning: start at $150.00 for small homes or apartments (1000 sq. ft. or under). For larger homes the initial thorough cleaning rate will be higher.

Maintenance House Cleaning: starting at $90.00 per cleaning. (apartments)

Move-in/Move-Out Cleans: starting at $200.00

Spring/Fall House Cleaning : This cleaning service can be customized to fit your needs. This includes inside refrigerator/oven and inside windows.

Rental Property Cleaning Services : The average rate for a small one bedroom, one bath apartment is $200.00. This includes inside refrigerator/oven and inside windows.Closet Organizing Services
