Hotel Cozumel All Inclusive 2021 Combo Packages

Travel Window: Jan 3-Dec 20, 2021 ADDITIONAL FEES:

● Added to your final invoice: Marine Park Fee $2/diving day. ● Payable to hotel: ECO tax (around $1.60/room/night), phone calls, laundry, room service. ● Payable on Cozumel: dive equipment rental fees, gratuities for divemaster/crew.

NAME CHANGES: Allowed up to 14 days prior to arrival. Within 14 days no name changes are allowed.

ROOM POLICIES: Max. number of people allowed per ROH room: 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. Two children up to 11 years old will be free of charge, sharing room w/ parents, provided the existing bedding arrangement. * Exception: in high season, children 6-11 yrs old are +$60 (retail) per night, in parent’s room, plus diving if applicable.

CANCELLATIONS : We retain the right to keep a percentage of the trip cost in compensation for potential lost bookings, per this schedule: Individuals: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Groups: cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit. Group cancellations between 60-31 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Group cancellations or reductions within 30 days of arrival: No refunds*. NO SHOWS are Non-Refundable.

* Depending on the severity of the situation, bookings impacted by COVID-19 may be refundable within 30 days of arrival at management’s discretion.

Regular Combo Packages are blacked out for arrivals during CARNAVAL, Feb 10 – 19, 2021 (not yet “official”), and not available during December holiday period Dec 21-Jan 2 (packages begin again on Jan 3). We make every effort to keep these rates accurate, but we are not responsible for typographical errors.
