H Physics – Reaction Time Lab

Objective : Test out your reaction time while reviewing some basic physics

Report due ( composition book ) : 9/2/14

Procedure• Find a partner ( form a group of 2 ) – list names in

report• Grab 1 meter stick• Partner holds meter stick while you are ready to

grab it• Partner drops meter stick vertically / you grab it• Record amount of drop in cm• Repeat drop 5 times, average value• Switch roles

• Table with values from 5 reps

others? If so, what would/could you do about it?– Convert your average drop “time” into an actual time
