Services and securitySheltered housing officersThere is an experienced sheltered housing officer who is available tooffer advice and to give assistance whenever necessary, Monday toFriday. An emergency warden responds to calls outside regularoffice hours.

The sheltered housing officer generally looks after residents’ well-being, manages the block and will arrange any services such asmeals on wheels or home care.

But most of all sheltered housing officers provide a friendly andreassuring presence.
