The project idea
• IMPALA_RS – intermodal nodes as logistic centers for Region and Cities– Topic 3: Urban / last mile logistics– Project description to develop:
• Trimodal transport node as consolidation center for companies with a small transport volume
• Development of a platform to manage goods consolidation (pre/on-trip) and delivery car sharing
• Development of optimisation algorithms for dynamic goods consolidation and on-trip pick-up
• Energy-level dependent route planning
