Was ist die FUE-Haartransplantation mit der Saphirklinge?Die FUE-Technik, die mit einer Saphirklinge durchgeführt wird, ist eine Innovation, was bedeutet, dass während der Schnittphase einer FUE-Haartransplantation eine Saphirklinge anstelle von Metallklingen verwendet wird. Mit den Saphirblättern kann das kleinste Loch für die Transplantation von Transplantaten geöffnet werden.

Die FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) Haartransplantationstechnik, die unter Verwendung von Saphirklingen durchgeführt wird, ist der Prozess der Extraktion von Haarfollikeleinheiten nacheinander aus dem Spenderbereich unter Verwendung eines Mikromotors. Dieser öffnet Mikrokanäle mit Saphirhaartransplantationsklingen am Empfängerort und verlagert die Transplantate mit Hilfe einer Mikrozange in die Kanäle. Da die Operation unter Lokalanästhesie durchgeführt wird, verspürt der Patient während des Eingriffs keine Schmerzen. Nach der Erzeugung von Schnitten durch die Verwendung von Saphirklingen werden die extrahierten Haarfollikel in die Empfängerstellen transplantiert. Auch wenn die Dauer der Operation von der Menge der Transplantate abhängt, die für die Abdeckung benötigt wird, dauert es in der Regel etwa 6 Stunden. Die Patienten können zu ihren täglichen Aktivitäten zurückkehren und einen Tag nach der Operation verreisen.

Mit dem richtigen Operationsplan werden keine Schäden im Spenderbereich und keine Veränderung des Aussehens verursacht.

Die Vorteile von Saphir FUE VS FUE:

• Aufgrund seiner physikalischen Eigenschaften wie eine glatte Oberfläche, Härte und Haltbarkeit kommt es bei der Verwendung des Saphirblattes während des Kanalöffnungsprozesses zu weniger Vibrationen.Folglich sind ein Trauma und das Risiko einer Gewebeschädigung sehr gering.

• Mit der FUE Technik, die Sapphire-Klingen verwendet, ist es möglich, mit hoher Dichte zu transplantieren. Es ist eine Lösung für beginnenden oder fortgeschrittenen Haarausfall.

What is FUE Hair Transplant performed with Sapphire Blade?FUE technique conducted with a Sapphire Blade is an innovation, which means that sapphire blade is used instead of metal slits during the incision stage of a FUE hair transplant. With the sapphire blades the smallest hole needed to transplant grafts can be opened.

FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) hair transplant technique performed with the utilization of Sapphire Blades, is the process of extracting hair follicular units one by one from the donor area by using a micro motor, opening micro-channels with Sapphire Hair transplant Blades at the recipient site and relocating the grafts into the channels utilizing micro forceps.

The operation is conducted under local anesthesia, therefore patients don’t feel any pain during the procedure. It takes around 6 hours according to the number of grafts that will be transplanted. After the FUE hair transplant that is performed with Sapphire Blades, patients experience fast recovery; and can return back to their normal life as well as travel the next day.

With the right operation plan, no damage will be caused in the donor area and no change in the appearance even after multiple operations.

Was ist DHI?

DHI, Abkürzung von “ Direct Hair Implantation “ ist eine Version der allgemein bekannten FUE-Technik. Haarwurzeln werden mit einem speziellen Implantatstift aus dem Spenderbereich entnommen und mit dem gleichen Implantatstift in den gleichen Bereich gesetzt.

Worin besteht der Unterschied zwischen der DHI-Methode und der FUE-Methode?

• Mit der DHI-Methode ist es möglich, Haare zu implantieren, ohne den transplantierten Bereich zu rasieren.

• Extrahierte Haarwurzeln werden sofort implantiert, ohne sie außerhalb des Körpers zu halten.

• Es ist möglich, das Haar zur Verdichtung zwischen bestehende Haare zu implantieren.

• Bei der Haartransplantation zwischen bestehenden Haaren erwarten die Patienten mehr Dichte. Unter diesen Umständen ist es möglich, mit der DHI-Methode mehr Dichte zu erreichen. Wenn der transplantierte Bereich jedoch groß ist, gibt es keinen Unterschied in der Dichte zwischen der FUE- und DHI-Technik.

• Die Operation dauert länger als bei der klassischen FUE.• Da sich die Öffnung der Kanäle vom klassischen FUE unterscheidet, ist

es sehr wichtig, dass ein Experte mit genügend Erfahrung die Operation durchführt.

What is DHI?

DHI, abbreviation of “ Direct Hair Implantation “ is a version of the commonly known FUE technique. Hair roots are taken from the donor area with a special implanter pen and placed in the same area with the same implanter pen.

What is the difference of DHI Method from FUE Method?

• With DHI method it is possible to implant hairs without shaving the transplanted area.

• Extracted hair roots are implanted immediately without keeping them outside of the body.

• It is possible to implant hair between existing hairs for densification.• When transplanting hair between existing hairs, patients expect more

density, and under these circumstances, it is possible to get more density with DHI Method. However when the transplanted area is large there isn’t any difference on density between FUE and DHI techniques.

• The operation takes longer compared to classic FUE.• Since the opening of the channels is different from the classic FUE,

it is very important that an expert with enough experience is performing the operation.

Spenderbereiche für Haartransplantationen

KOPFHAUT:Der Hinterkopf zwischen den Ohren ist der größte und wichtigste Spenderbereich für die Haartransplantation. Dieser Bereich ist resistent gegen DHT, das die hormonelle Ursache für Haarausfall bei Männern ist. (Androgene Alopezie)

BART BIS KOPFHAUT:Wenn der Spenderbereich am Hinterkopf keine gewünschten Transplantate liefert, können die Haarfollikel auch vom Bart entnommen werden. Barthaare bleiben über lange Zeiträume in der Wachstumsphase (Anagen) und sind eine ausgezeichnete alternative als Spenderquelle für die Haartransplantation.

KÖRPERHAARTRANSPLANTATION:Körperbehaarung wird meist als dritte Spenderoption für die Haartransplantation eingesetzt. Qualifiziertes Brusthaar ist die beste Spenderquelle im Vergleich zu anderen Körperhaaren. Wenn ein Patient nicht genügend Spenderhaare am Hinterkopf oder Bart verfügt, wird Brusthaar als zusätzliches Spenderhaar für Haartransplantationen verwendet.

Donor Areas for Hair Transplantation

SCALP:Back of head between two ears is the major and essential donor area for hair transplant operations. This area has resistance to DHT, which is the hormone causing male pattern hair loss. (Androgenic Alopecia)

BEARD TO SCALP:When nap area does not provide desired grafts, or if the hair loss is in an advanced stage beard hair is also used as donor. Beard hair stays in the growth phase (anagen) for long periods, and it is an excellent alternative donor source for hair transplantation.

BODY HAIR TRANSPLANTATION:Body hair is mostly used as third donor option for hair transplantation.Qualified chest hair is the best donor source compared to other body hairs. When a patient doesn’t have enough donor hair from scalp and beard, chest hair is used as additional donor hair for hair transplantation operations.

Wer ist Dr. Serkan Aygın?

Dr. Serkan AYGIN, geboren 1968, hat sein Studium an der medizinischen Fakultät der Universität Istanbul Çapa erfolgreich absolviert.

Nach der ärztlichen Grundausbildung verfolgte er seine Fachrichtung Medizin an der Klinischen Pharmakologie der Universität Istanbul und Dermatologie am Vakıf Gureba Hospital.

Er arbeitete an der Poliklinik für Dermatologie und Haarerkrankungen des Krankenhauses Vakıf Gureba als Dermatologe. Er arbeitet seit 1996 im Bereich der Haarausfallbehandlung.

Dr.Serkan Aygın ist ein weltweit anerkannter Arzt für Haartransplantationen. Er führt Haartransplantationen und Haarbehandlungen in seiner eigenen Klinik, der Dr. Serkan Aygın Klinik durch.
