Free onnet calling and charges for Skype-out and additional services Major push in the SMB segment through new service launches around SIP Trunking and more traditional PBX extension features.

Relevant Portfolio Skype for Business Toolbars: for MS Outlook, Office and IE, as well as Firefox, OSX, Linux to enable integrated user experience Business Control Panel: web-based tool to buy/manage SkypeIn numbers assigned to employees. $3pm VM box, $0.9 per SMS, $18 pq for SkypeIn and Skype Out Skype for Asterisk: provides driver software integrating Asterisk-based systems with PBX call control features and Skype communications tools. Skype for SIP: provides interoperability between PBXs deployed on premise and the Skype network. Limited integration with software client and offering is self service and lacks business features (e.g. E911) Legacy PBX integration: through third party gateway solutions, e.g. VoskY Mobile: Lite version currently has limited PBX extension capability

Desktop SharingMicrosoft Office Live Meeting is a commercial subscription-based web conferencing service operated by Microsoft. Live Meeting includes software that is installed on client PCs, and uses a central server for all clients to connect to. Currently, those servers are under the control of Microsoft, however, Microsoft also produces Office Communications Server which is an enterprise conferencing server product.
