Adaptable Travel is a group educational travel specialist operating tours for thousands

of students each academic year. We are proud of our pioneering track record in

working with Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy students and lecturers. Over a decade

ago we identified the Hair and Beauty sector as a crucial and growing part of the

Further Education curriculum.

We believed that as the Hair and Beauty curriculum grew there would be a growing

demand from students and staff for relevant and challenging travel experiences. That

belief has been entirely justified by the way colleges have responded to our programme

What to Do Next

Step 1 - Choose Your Tour

Choose your preferred tour and request your quote. You can

visit www.adaptabletravel.co.uk to view our full range of tours, or

call 01451 832133 to speak to our sales advisors. Once you are

happy with your quote details, proceed to step 2.

Step 2 - Collect Deposits

Once you are happy with your trip details, we can usually hold

places on a non-committal basis, giving you time to promote your

tour and collect deposits. We can also help you to promote your

tour with promotional PDF posters. In addition, your Sales

Advisor will offer support with any questions, and send you a

Provisional Booking email detailing what to do next.

Step 3 - Book Your Tour

When you are ready to confirm, simply complete your Booking

Form. Upon receipt of your booking form we will send you an

invoice for the 1st deposits. If your tour involves airseats, we will

also require a full airline passenger names list (with names

appearing as per passports) before we can confirm your tour.

Please note once you confirm your booking, our Booking

Conditions apply.

Step 4 - Payments

Some tours may require a second deposit, and final payment is

usually due 10 weeks before departure. We aim to send your

final itinerary and all paperwork at least two weeks prior to

departure.

Step 5 - Enjoy Your Tour

We fully expect all elements of your tour to run like clockwork!
