3:00 P.M. Line up Suitcases by size on Sidewalk. Instruments lined up by size as well.

If it is Under the bus, you won’t get it until tomorrow night!

3:20 P.M. SENIORS – load the bus with Parent help

4:00 P.M. Depart for Orlando, FL (approximately 15 hours with stops)

DINNER Fast Food – Plan between $8.00-$10.00

Rest Stops LOOK BOTH WAYS – we are in truck parking area Be Quiet so Drivers can sleep

DAY 1: Wednesday, March 30, 2016

Universal Studios – Both parks

7:00 A.M. BREAKFAST – Golden Corral 8032 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819

8:00 A.M. 2 park admission to the Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Gather at Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Shack to make sure everyone is in their PODS. Then head for Harry Potter!

FOOD Universal Meal Voucher to be used in the park. Plan on $15.00-$18.00 for other food

8:00 P.M. Meet at Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Shack (Roll is taken by Pod)

Radisson Celebration Resort (link) 2900 Parkway Blvd Kissimmee, FL 34747 Hotel Stay on bus until luggage is lined up by SOPHOMORES and Dads One person per room will get room key from Mr. Hopkins Pool time Wear flip-flops, sandals, etc. Please be modest as to swimwear…and safe.

In Your Room means – IN YOUR ROOM! No excuses other than medical.

DAY 2: Thursday, March 31, 2016

Magic Kingdom

FastPass time frame is 10:00 am until about 8:00 pm

7:00 A.M. Breakfast buffet at hotel (EVERYONE MUST come to breakfast on other side of the pool)

8:00 A.M. Load bus and depart for Magic Kingdom

9:00 A.M. Admission to the Magic Kingdom

STAY TOGETHER until after we have our Group picture taken in Front of the Park. We will then get into PODS and begin our day.

FOOD Disney Meal Voucher to be used in the park Plan on $18- $22 for additional food in the park.

8:45 P.M. Group meets at front of the park by City Hall / Firehouse 9:00 P.M. Electric Light Parade and Fireworks Display 10:30 P.M. After Fireworks Meet in PODS where we took the Group Picture. (Take roll in PODS) This will be very crowded. Stay together and do NOT go off on your own. We will gather in PODS for roll before going out to the bus. 11:00 P.M. Leave for Hotel MIDNIGHT IN YOUR ROOM and REST…Parade in the Morning

DAY 3: Friday, April 1, 2016

EPCOT

FASTPASS times NOON until 8:00

7:00 A.M. Breakfast buffet at hotel

8:00 A.M. Load the Bus Depart for EPCOT backstage (We will drop everyone else off first)

Band dressed for performance/Hat in Arm

Bring change of clothes for after performance

9:00 P.M. You’ve been schedule to meet at the “EPCOT PRESHOW AREA. Your bus is to arrive to the CENTER 1 gate on Overpass Road, a service entrance for Epcot. Use the

INSPECTION LANE to approach the gate. Each vehicle must stop individually for clearance. A Security Host will assist you with direction to the DISNEY PERFORMING

ARTS PRESHOW AREA where you will be met.

(Special Presentation) Buffalo High School Marching Band

10:30 A.M. Stepping off at the “United Kingdom” pavilion and marching through “Future World” in Epcot

11:00 A.M. After performance group can change before entering the park

11:30 A.M. Admission to Epcot FOOD Disney Meal Voucher to be used in the park Plan on $18.00 for Food in Park

9:00 P.M. Illuminations Show – Watch from the Front Side, NOT in the Country’s around the Lake

9:30 P.M. MEET BEFORE leaving the PARK Entrance for Roll in PODS

9:45 P.M. Load bus and return to the hotel

HOTEL PACK for Check Out in the morning.

DAY 4: Saturday, April 2, 2016

Hollywood Studios

FastPass Times 9:15 until 11:15 A.M. and 4:45 P.M. until 7:30 P.M.

7:00 A.M. Breakfast buffet at hotel

7:30 A.M. Line up Suitcases by size on Sidewalk. JUNIORS load the Bus with help from parents.

Hotel check out

7:45 A.M. Load show choir costumes and instruments into Marcia’s car

8:30 A.M. Depart for Hollywood Studios

9:00 A.M. Admission to Hollywood Studio (3 hours inside the park)

SHOWTIME EAT and DRINK SOMETHING before noon!!!

12:00 P.M. Group meets at front entrance of Hollywood Studios

Take Roll in PODS and go to CHARTERED BUS

Non SHOWTIME You will organize into small groups to shop around Disney Springs

1:00 P.M. DISNEY SPRINGS PRE-SHOW AREA

(Special Presentation) Buffalo High School “SHOWTIME” Show Choir

3:30 P.M. It’s SHOWTIME! On the “Waterside Stage” at the DISNEY SPRINGS

3:55 P.M. Exit Stage / Performers will walk back to bus

Return to pre-show area to change

4:30 P.M. Re-admission to Hollywood Studios

FOOD Use your Meal Coupon or have $18.00 for food.

8:30 P.M. Fantasmic Show

NOTE: We need to sit as a group. If you are not in Line with us the Disney people might lead you to a different seating area

9:00 P.M. Meet at Front of the Park before leaving to take Roll in Pods.

Go to the Bathroom! Long way to first stop.

Load the Bus for home
