COORDINATOR: Rick Palese If you intend to earn academic credit for Hal Leonard’s Joy of Singing Milwaukee, July 21-23, 2015 (VanderCook course number 7615), you should be aware of the following policies of VanderCook College of Music: CREDIT: To be eligible to receive graduate level credit for course 7615, a student must have a degree in a music-related discipline. Any exceptions must be approved directly by VanderCook College of Music. To earn credit, a student must: 1) attend the full day choreography session, AND 2) attend either the full day Elementary/Classroom session OR the full day Middle School/High School Session, AND 3) complete the assigned project -- more information is available at the workshop or from VanderCook College. Additionally, each student is encouraged to keep a journal documenting the sessions he or she has attended. ATTENDANCE POLICY: Absence from any required part of 7615 will result in a grade of “F”. Attendance will be taken twice each day; VanderCook College of Music reserves the right to deny credit to anyone whose signature does not appear on the correct sheets.
