The lack of housing in the 1960s and 70s led

With almost 100 years of experience in ventilation, at Hallströms we know the diffi-culties that can occur during installation. This is why we continually work on designing products that make assembly easy, benefiting everyone.

Hallströms INTERIOR is adapted to suit the VENT duct system and is a well-designed system of carefully constructed components: a bracket that is mounted on the wall and ceiling, to which the ventilation duct is attached with a cable tie. Finally, click on the attractive powder coated panel. Finished!

Hallströms INTERIOR has a wide standard range, but the components can also be adapt-ed to specific dimensions. The panels can also be supplied in a range of colours and are also available in stainless steel for more exposed environments. The main advantage is that the installation is easy and quick.

INNER CORNERMount the included bracket around ca 20 mm from the in-ner corner. The corner is then mounted against the corner panel and attached with 2-4 screws.

OUTER CORNERThe outer corner is simply attached to the corner panel and fixed with 2-4 screws.

CORNER GABLEThe gable is simply attached to the corner panel with 2 screws

WALL/CEILING PANELThis panel is used for crossing a ceiling or down a wall.

T-PIECET-piece 125 is 550 long and builds to 300mm. T-piece 200 is 550 long and builds to 385mm. This is to be able to transition from a corner panel to cross a ceiling or down a wall. It is double-lipped so it is easy to remove if required.

CORNER PANEL TRANSITIONTransition between the 200/125 systems. Attached with 4 screws.

CORNER PANEL Corner panels 125 and 200 are 550 and 1100 long. Power coated in RAL 9010. When mounting them, start from inside the room and work towards the door. This provides a good join. First attach the panel in the bracket hook at the ceiling. Then press in the panel and let it spring back in the lower hook. These panels have recessed edges, providing a shadow effect that is forgiving of uneven walls/ceilings. The 125 panel builds to 190mm and the 200 panel builds to 270mm.

FUNCTIONAL MODULE, LOUVRE-INThe louvre-in functional module has double-lipped shee-ting so it can be removed when making adjustments. FUNCTIONAL MODULE, INSPECTIONWhen you want to access a damper or long nipple, install an inspection module so you don’t have to disassemble all the panelling. It is lipped on both sides for disassembly.

DAMPERAdjustment damper with a low damper plate and a loose knob so that it will fit under the panel.

AIR EXHAUSTOur new air exhust. HVDI 100 has an eccentric rear to correspond to the covered duct on the other side. The air intake has low noise levels and power consumption. Adjusted using tape.

SOUND ABSORBEROur unique sound absorber is 125 externally and 100 internally.

BRACKETDesigned to support the back of the duct and leave space for existing cables or coving. Delivered unbent. ML10003 for the 125 panel. The bracket is for 100 ducting, where you want to come out from the corner. ML10004 for the 125 panel for mounting 100 or 125 ducts. ML10204 for the 200 panel where you want double 100 or 125 ducts.

WALL/CEILING BRACKETThis is the bracket for panels across ceilings or down walls, or a simple bracket for hanging ducts.

CABLE TIESGood quality cable ties in plastic or stainless steel.

LONG NIPPLEFor when you want to be able to access something behind the duct, e.g. electrical fittings.

FUNCTIONAL MODULE ADJUSTABLE Adjustable module. Snap it into the 550 or 1100 panel. Easily adjusted by pulling the panel to the correct length, 50-500mm.
