Our menu has been created by our Head Chef to showcase the high quality steaks and cuisine we specialise in . All of our steaks are 28 day matured, locally sourced, best of British Premium Blackgate Beef, cooked just the way you like them. We also source as many of our other ingredients from local Staffordshire suppliers to provide the perfect accompaniment.
