Types of Feedback :

Positive Feedback

•when the receiver is appreciated for a performance or a task

Negative Feedback

•when the receiver is reviewed for negative performance

Negative Feedback: Examples from day-today life

Being written up for not meeting deadlines Getting rebuked for coming to the office late Receiving a poor evaluation for not achieving the expected

achievable targets An overseer telling you that the presentation submitted by you is

not up to the mark Getting pulled up for showing indifferent attitude to the

colleagues
