Cyber-bullying is defined as the transmission of a communication including, but not limited to, a message, text, sound, or image by means of an electronic device.

School districts are required to train all employees in the requirements of the local policy.

If an employee witnesses or has reliable information about an incident of bullying, it must be reported within two days.

A procedure must be developed for prompt investigation of reports of violations and complaints.
