CHECK DIAGONALS FOR SQUARE
The shed is now free standing. It is critical at this stage to ensure the shed is levelled. Then measure the diagonal distance and make sure the four side walls are squared to 90 degrees.
encuadradas a 90 grados.
Fastening the anchor kit onto a concrete pad1. Mark the spot of the anchor clamps on the ground2. Use 10mm -0.39”concrete drill bit and drill holes 60mm-2.4”deep3. Tap concrete fixing bolts into the hole, place anchor clamps, add washer and nut and fasten.

20 YEAR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY
Build-Well Sheds are made using high quality steel with a zinc alloy coating to prevent rust. This coatingthen has a further paint coating to provide colour and additional rust protection.
Because it is made from steel, please keep your shed above water and do not allow the base of the shedto sit on damp surfaces or in direct contact with soil. We recommend a concrete base or at the very leasta brick or masonry foundation. Long term direct contact with damp soil will encourage corrosion.
Providing the shed is positioned to avoid direct contact with moisture we warrant that the steel coatingwill not rust, crack, flake peel or blister for a minimum 20 years from date of purchase. We recommendyou record your purchase at www.buildwellsheds.com/support.When you have erected your shed, we recommend wiping away any steel residue created as a result ofdrilling, screwing or riveting because this warranty does not apply to surface deterioration of panelscaused by ‘Swarf” (Tiny particles of steel debris left from cutting, grinding or drilling operations) that hasnot been removed after building construction, or because of contact with damp soil, chemicals, fertilisersor other corrosive substances.
This warranty covers any Build-Well Shed used for normal domestic use and installed in accordance withthe installation instructions. The warranty does NOT cover Damage caused by storms, wind, rain snow orpoor foundations.
Please be aware sheds installed in severe coastal, industrial or other highly corrosive environments willhave a reduced life and this is unavoidable. This warranty does NOT apply in these types of environment. You will increase the life of your shed in these circumstances by regularly washing away corrosiveelements like salt.
The warranty does not apply to fasteners (screws, rivets, nuts, bolts, rivets, hasps or hinges, flooranchors, sliding pad-bolts, locking devises, drill bits or padlocks).
The warranty is limited to replacement and delivery of components and does not include any labour orinstallation costs. The benefits given by the warranty are in addition to your other rights and remediesunder a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
The warranty applies to the exclusion of all other representations, guarantees or warranties express orimplied. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for anyother foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if thegoods fail to be of an acceptable quality. For further information go towww.sky-well.com/build-well-sheds/warranty .
Please retain a proof of purchase (sales docket or invoice) or register your warranty within 30 days ofpurchase here: www.buildwellsheds.com/support.
In the unlikely event a warranty claim is made, it must be supported by photographic evidence anddetails of the defect, together with proof of purchase documentation (or on-line registration ofpurchase). Upon receipt of the warranty claim, we will contact you within three business days to adviseyou of the assessment outcome of the claim.
