HONOREEJohn is an Eagle Scout from Troop 8 with 20 plus years of volunteer service including Cubmaster of Pack 1761, Scoutmaster of Troop 291, Unit Commissioner and Assistant District Commissioner in Montgomery and Seneca Districts, and a District Chairman. He recently served the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America as an Area Vice President for Montgomery County, Maryland. John also serves on the National Religious Relationships Committee of the Boy Scouts of America.

John has been in the fi nancial services industry for over 35 years. He helps clients who are nearing or in retirement, plan for and realize their goals and dreams by developing and managing investment plans.

John is an active member in his church and community, and the NCAC, BSA Montgomery Service Area is proud to award him the 2018 Montgomery Distinguished Citizen Award.
