• Over 15 years of experiences in manufacturing, quality assurance, product testing and product certification.
• General Manager for Intertek SC China from 2000 to 2007 Built up the presence of ETL in China from scratch.
• Vice President of CTI from Mar 2007 to Jun 2010 Established the E&E Division and became the largest agent for UL Built up the1st NVLAP assessed laboratory according to SSL standards (LM79/80).
• General Manager of DEKRA CTI from Mar 2008 to Jun 2010 Setup a Joint Venture between DEKRA and CTI, for product certification like GS, CE
and CB.
