Set A Low Bar ForHappinessHappiness is not in that big house that you are aspiring for or even in the
promotion that you are working towards. Aspiring for the bigger things in
life, we sometimes forget that happiness also exists in the smaller
pleasures of life. Setting a low bar for happiness allows you to �nd
happiness in the mundane things in life - Empty roads, your hot cup of
co�ee or even your daily work!
Set a low bar for happiness. Instead of waiting to be happy once you get
promoted or buy that house, look for small signs of happiness daily

Do Something That MakesYou Happy!If being around puppies makes you happy, then go be around puppies.
If reading a book makes you happy, then start reading.
If it is dancing that is like therapy, enroll in a dance class.
Doing things that ignite joy puts us in a positive state of mind, enabling us
to tackle the rest of our business. I have seen the results of this personally
myself. Now, instead of sulking over the fact that nobody is free to go to a
movie with me, I just book a ticket and go watch a movie. Even if it is
alone, by myself, in solitude. Try it sometime!

Eat The Right FoodYes! you read that right! Our food has a lot to do with how we feel because
what we put in our body regulates Serotonin and Dopamine - the feel
good hormones in our body.
Scientists have proven that what goes into our body, impacts what comes
out in our heads. And if food impacts our happiness, then shouldn't you
be eating the right type of food?
I have personally seen the impact in my mood and energy levels when
eating the right food versus eating junk. The impacts are phenomenal!

Dont Just Take A Break.Take a Laughter Break!Take 2 minutes daily and watch something funny or �nd a private corner
where you can laugh your heart out without embarrassing yourself. More
Humor means less stress!

see the good in most things. It will put you in a better mood to tackle the
hard things in life.
