Matthew Langford Perry (born August 19, 1969) is a Canadian-American actor and writer. He is mostly
known for his role as Chandler Bing in the long-running NBC television show Friends. Perry has appeared
in a number of films, including Fools Rush In (1997), The Whole Nine Yards (2000), and 17
Again (2009). In 2010, he expanded his résumé to include both video games and voiceover work when
he voiced Benny in the role-playing game ‘Fallout: New Vegas’.
Perry moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and attended The Buckley School in Sherman Oaks. He got
his professional break at age 18 when cast in A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon, with River Phoenix.
After some guest appearances in mid-1980s, it was his intention to enroll at the University of Southern
California but was offered the lead role of Chazz Russell in Second Chance, and became noticed on the
acting scene. In 1991, he made a guest appearance on Beverly Hills, 90210 and landed his next TV
starring role on the ABC sitcom Home Free.
Perry was making his mark, and was instantly cast in a new dramatic pilot titled LAX 2194. The project
was slow to take off, so as a back-up option he auditioned for the pilot Six of One, later to be known
as Friends. When he finally got to audition, he landed the part he is best known for, the role of Chandler
Bing.

Teeth For Life - 5 Tips For Ultimate Dental Hygiene
Nobody knows better than your dentist or hygienist when it comes down to your oral hygiene. Having
regular check-ups and cleanings are important, but what can you do in-between these visits to make
sure your smile stays clean and healthy?
Here are the top 5 tips for ultimate dental hygiene...
1. Proper Brushing Technique – You know you have to brush twice a day, but it’s important to make
sure you’re doing it correctly. Position your brush at a 45 degree angle while keeping the bristles in
contact with both the teeth and gums and brushing in an up and down motion.
2. Flossing – Flossing removes particles of food that may have gotten caught in those tight spaces
between teeth, and which does not get removed by brushing alone.
3. Calcium – Calcium not only helps with strong bones but also strong teeth!

mouthwash straight after brushing as it will
