Please make sure you are putting the correct account number on your checks

when paying online through your personal bank.

They have changed and can be found on your bill. Also, online payments done with your checking

account and credit card are now being accepted. You just have to make a new online account on our

website and again use the new account number on your bill. You will then be able to view your

account and make payments Any issues with your bill please contact us immediately.

Carroll Township Authority will be changing the address we currently use, over the two

months. Mail we receive at P.O. Box 661, Donora, will begin converting to our new on site address,

128 Baird St., Monongahela. We will continue to receive mail at the P.O. Box address until the

transition is complete.
