The A&E Team had an enjoyable night out at Hilarities 4th Street
Theatre at Pickwick and Frolic, located at East 4th Street in Down-
town Cleveland, Ohio where Comedian’s John Caparula and Mary
Santora (both pictured below) provided some entertainment and
laughter for the team after what had so far been a busy 2015!

As many of you know we sold our agency (Selvaggio & Teske) to Oswald five years ago (time flies),
because they already had a strong construction and surety practice and we recognized the changes
within our industry where many of you are broadening your services to include construction. Also,
now the State of Ohio allows Design-Led Design Build and Construction Management at Risk, which
changes your liability exposure and hence your insurance program.
We are happy to announce that we have merged our Design Professional, Construction and Surety
units in an effort to break down the silos within our agency to better serve you. This will result in
some account manager changes and we will be communicating with you directly if these changes
affect your account. We have an impressive team with hundreds of years of combined experience
which follows:

Celebrating 5 Years at Oswald!
On January 1st, 2016, several members of the origi-
nal A&E Team were awarded with certificates cele-
brating five years of service at Oswald Companies,
which does not include their longevity from previous-
ly being a part of Selvaggio and Teske, before the
company was acquired by Oswald Companies. Not
