1. Home Button
Use this logo as a quick and easy way to always come back to the OMT’s homepage.
It is always in the top left corner of the screen.

3. What’s New
The carousel images rotate between the four most recently added campaigns. Click
on the image to jump straight into the matching campaign folder. There are four
small circles at the base of the carousel that you can use to jump between these
featured campaigns.
4. Content Categories
These thumbnails let you browse through the available category folders, and replace
the “top level category” folders from the previous version of the OMT. You can use
these, or the Product Gallery in the quick links bar, to browse to any campaign folder
or item you need.
Content Categories
Content categories can be accessed either from the Product Gallery link at the top
of screen, or buy using the What’s New carousel and thumbnail icons on the main
part of the home page.

Campaign Folders
Once you click on a content category, you will see all of the available campaign
folders. Below is an example from the Instore category. You can see folders for price
lists, point of sale signage, sold hang tags and instore hang tags.
You can always see where you are using the breadcrumbs, circled in the image
below. You can use the breadcrumbs to quickly jump back to a higher level folder.
7
Campaigns
Once you click on a campaign folder, you will see all of the available assets. To
customise one, just click on either the thumbnail image, or the More button below
the asset name. The breadcrumbs are still available, and can be used to quickly jump
back to the previous folder.

There are a quite a few types of templates available on the OMT – print advertising,
social media/digital assets, point of sales materials and even business cards.
The OMT lets you see a low-resolution preview of available assets so you can preview
what your custom file will look like.
Print assets
Print assets include posters, full and half page adverts (which have been optimised
for HOG magazine), and other items that you can print with your office printer.
These assets typically have the most information on them, as they have the most
space.
For this example, we are using the Generic Open House full page advert. You can
find the Generic Open House folder in the Events category.
The first screen you see is where you customise the asset. On the left are all the
customisation options, and a low res preview is on the right.
10
In this example, there are three headline options: two are pre-set (Open House and
New Models), and the last is a custom option. For this example, the default is New
Models. Click any of the other headline options and the preview will automatically
refresh to show your selection. If you choose Custom, a new field will appear on
screen where you can enter the custom headline text (arrow 1 below).
You can also change the image Choice by using the drop down list (arrow 2 above).
This asset has six image choices.
You can also replace the suggested text in the Event Date (arrow 3 above),
Subheading (arrow 4 above) and Body Copy (arrow 5 above) fields.
The preview will automatically refresh after each change is made, but you can also
refresh the preview by clicking the Refresh Preview button under the image (arrow 6
above). You can also click on the preview image itself to see a larger version.
When you are happy with your selections, click Next (Arrow 7 above).

Dealership Details
The next screen shows all of your dealer details that appear at the bottom of the
advert or poster (arrow 8 below). These details are automatically pulled from your
profile – you can either change them using the fields on the left of screen (arrow 9
below), or change them in your account profile menu (arrow 10 below).
You can also change the logo to your dealership logo on this screen by clicking
Select on the logo (arrow 11 above). This will open an image gallery with pre-set
options, as well as any logos you have previously uploaded.

To add your logo, click Upload (arrow 12 above), then browse to your logo file. For
print assets like posters, full and half page adverts, a vector file (with file extension
.eps) is best.
When you are happy with your dealership details and logo, click Next.
View Proof
This step lets you make a final check of the asset you have customised. Click View
Proof (arrow 13 above) to see a low-res PDF of your asset that you can zoom in to. If
you’re happy to proceed, click Add to Cart (arrow 14 above).

13
The full page ad we just created is now in the Shopping Cart. We will look at the
shopping cart in more detail on page 24.
To add more items to the cart, click Continue Shopping (arrow 15 above) or browse
to another campaign folder by clicking on the Product Gallery (arrow 16 above).
You can also go back to the home screen using the Harley Logo (arrow 17).

14
Social Media/Digital Assets
Digital assets like Instagram squares, Facebook banners and Room 58 Banners have
similar customisation options to the print assets in a campaign, but they generally
have less – or no – text on the image. Using the same Generic Open House
campaign, the Instagram Square asset below has the same Headline Choice,
Image Choice and Event Date (arrow 18 below) customisable options as the print
asset shown on pages 9 -12.
The body copy is also show, but as Suggested Text (arrow 19). You can copy this
text and paste it into your social media post, or write your own message.
As there are no dealer details on social media and digital assets, the Next button
takes you to the View Proof stage. From here, follow the steps on pages 12-13 of
this guide.
19
18
15
Hang tags
One of the most popular type of asset on the OMT is the hang tag. There are hang
tags with or without finance options, hang tags for Genuine Pre-Owned bikes, and
hang tags tied into a specific campaign.
All non-campaign specific tags can be found by browsing to the Instore category. In
this guide we will use the A4 hang tag, marked below.
Hang tags without finance
The template for hang tags works in a similar way to other customisable assets, with
the first screen showing you the variable options.
16
As you can see above, you can customise the bike model and colour, and include any
accessories included on the display bike. The default preview is for the latest model
year Harley-Davidson Street® 500 in Vivid Black. Start from the top down, first
selecting the Model Year, then Model, then Colour (arrow 20). When you change
any of the options the preview image should automatically update, however, you
can also click Refresh Preview (arrow 21) to push it through, or click on the preview
image to see a larger version.
You can also change the Expiry Date of the offer using the on-screen calendar
(arrow 22).
22
20
21
17
Click Yes under Does the Display have additional Accessories? (arrow 23) if you
want to add these to the hang tag, including the price for each (arrow 24). The price
of the accessories will be added to the bike model price for you (arrow 25).
Click the Next button once you’re ready to continue.
From here, follow steps for Dealership Details and View Proof on pages 11-13 to
complete customisation and add the item to your shopping cart.
25
24
23
18
Hang tags with finance
Hang tags that include a finance calculation are very similar to those without. In the
below examples we will be using the A4 Hang Tag with Finance, marked below.
The first step is almost the same as the non-finance version, however, the option to
include accessories and the offer expiry date appear at a later stage. This is because
any adjustment to the display price will also change the finance calculation, so these
steps are done together.
19
When you are happy with your bike model selection, click Next.
Complete the Dealership Details step as shown on pages 11-12, then click Next
again.
You are now at the finance specific customisation steps of the tag.
20
Default values have been set, including the Interest Rate, Dealer Origin Fee and
PPSR (scroll down on screen to see all of the available values – arrow 26). There’s
also a suggested value for the Amount Financed (arrow 27). You will need to
update this yourself for each tag that you make, taking into account any Deposit or
Additional Costs you’d also like to include.
Scroll down to see other available display options including with Accessories,
Extended Warranty and Insurance, or Riding Gear (arrow 28, below).
27
26
21
You can also change the Disclaimer Date here (arrow 29).
The preview will automatically refresh and calculate the finance information on the
tag (arrow 30 below), but you can also click the Refresh Preview button to push any
changes through.
29
28
22
When you are happy with the tag, click Next and then follow the View Proof steps
on pages 12-13 to add the tag to your shopping cart.
Genuine Pre-Owned Tags
The last kinds of tags are the Genuine Pre-Owned Tags, available either with or
without finance, marked below.
30
23
These tags work much like the above, but rather than choosing a specific model from
pre-set options, you will be filling out all of the relevant details manually.
24
Follow steps for Dealership Details (pages 11-12), Finance Calculations (page 20)
and View Proof (pages 12-13) to add these to your cart.
The Shopping Cart
Files that you have added to the Shopping Cart can always be seen by clicking the
top bar menu icon (arrow 31). You can Edit any item (arrow 32) by clicking Edit
under the individual item. This will take you back into the customisation steps for
that asset – but it will have remembered the previous settings/text you had entered.
You can also Delete the file using the cross next to each item (arrow 33).
You can also Continue Shopping (arrow 34) to add more files, or, once you are
ready to continue and order your high-res files click Checkout (arrow 35).

Checking Items Out
Once you’ve clicked Checkout from the Shopping Cart, you will see the below
Review screen. This is a final chance to check that you have included all of the items
you would like to export out as high-res files.
If you’d like to add more items, click Back (arrow 35) to go back to the Shopping
cart. If you’re happy to proceed click Checkout (arrow 36).
36 35
26
You will then see a confirmation that the order was processed. Click Continue
Shopping (arrow 37) to order more items, or Order History (arrow 38) to access the
high-res files.
You can always get back to your Order History from the top bar menu icon, marked
below (arrow 39).
39
38 37
27
Order History
The Order History screen will show you a list of all of the orders you have placed on
the new OMT. Any orders you placed on the old system will not be available in the
new system.
NOTE! This order history screen will always show an order as In Progress (arrow 40).
This has a different meaning to the old system – here it means the files are available
for download.
You can click Advanced Search (41) to help you find a specific file or order.
To see which items are included in an order, hover your mouse over the Order
Number (arrow 42).
41 40
42
28
A pop up will show you all of the items included in that order (arrow 43). To access
the files, click the Order Number link.
You will now see a list of all of the items ordered, and a Download button (arrow 44)
for each.
You can also Reorder a file by clicking the link next to each item (arrow 45). This will
create a duplicate and put it back into your Shopping Cart. From there you can Edit
the file, or simply Checkout again.
To go back to your Order History, click Back.

FAQ’s
These Frequently Asked Questions will be updated in response to feedback from
users like you. So if you have a question, don’t be afraid to ask us using the Contact
Us form (see page 36)
34
Contact Us
This form can be used to contact your Document Advisor, request Print
Procurement, or services from the Digital Communications Centre.
What is a Document Advisor?
Document Advisors (DA’s) are members of the Fuji Xerox Australia team who are
here to help you get the most out of the OMT, as well as to help you with any new
artwork/templates or any print jobs you might need.
If you have an idea for marketing your shop or a particular bike/promotion that you
would like to explore further, contact the DA by filling out the Contact Us on the
OMT.
We will always provide you with an obligation-free quote, so feel free to contact us
and see what’s possible.
Don’t forget – each quarter each dealership is entitled to a number of hours with our
Digital Communications Centre free of charge – contact us to find out how many
are available to you.
What is Print Procurement?
Print Procurement is a service that Fuji Xerox Australia offers to our customers. We
have a large network of professional print businesses available to us across Australia,
all of whom use Fuji Xerox high-capacity print equipment. When you ask for a print
quote, we send your requirements out to a number of suppliers who then come back
to us with their best price and turnaround time. This means we can find you the
most competitive rate going.
Because of the size of the network, there is no print job too big, too small, or too
unusual for us. Wide format printing, personalized merchandise and small print runs
are all possible. Contact the Document Advisor via the Contact Us form if you’d like
to know more about the service.
35
What is the Digital Communications Centre?
The Digital Communications Centre (DCC) is a one-stop shop for all of your digital
creative needs. This includes the Creative Studio team behind all of the variable
templates you can access on the OMT.
The DCC comprises of graphic designers and developers, each ready and willing to
help you create a custom advertising asset for your dealership. They can also modify
an existing asset on the OMT if you have a specific need. For example, a half page
ad may not meet the size requirements for the publication you want to advertise in,
or maybe you’d like to include a new headline. Send in a request, and we can re-size
or modify most assets to suit your needs.
36
The Contact Us Form
We’ve simplified the form to make it easier for you to contact us. You can use it to
ask about new artwork, request a print quote, or tell us when there is a problem with
the OMT.
Try and include as much details as you can in your message. We’ve created two
Cheat Sheets for you, also available in the Help Centre under the User Guides
heading – one for requesting artwork and one for requesting print. These cheat
sheets can help you think about some of the details we will need to investigate your
request further. But don’t worry if you have missed something – the Document
Advisor will get in contact and clarify your request if need be.
You can also attach files like logos, images, press files or word documents to your
request by clicking the Choose File button above (arrow 48), then browsing to the
file you’d like to include.
48
49
37
NOTE! You can only attach one file to the Contact Us form. If you need to
share more than one file, zip them up first.
When you have finished, press the Submit Form button (arrow 49).
Your query has now been sent to the OMT team.
