• Intergroup share-a-day planning meeting Sunday March 4th 1-4pm at 521 club in Lancaster

• Running smooth right now – no major changes
• Subscription for Sobriety News is on website
• Some updates and changes were made to the meeting list “Double Trouble” & “other meetings”

• Saved money on Adobe Dreamweaver software – Purchased a full version online for $48 vs.
$254 per year currently paying.

• Jessi E. reported that Corey S. has stepped down as chair

o Dauphin County Men’s Prison – 6 soft cover “As Bill sees it”
o Dauphin County Men’s WRC – 20 Soft cover Big Books & 20 Soft cover 12/12
o SCI Camp Hill – 15 soft cover Big Books, 10 soft cover 12/12, soft cov. “As Bill sees it”

• Still having delays with background checks at Sienna House

• Provided a financial statement for Activities Committee account
• Sobriety bingo event tickets now available, tickets will also be sold at the door
• Looking for donations of bingo prizes (around $10)
• Still planning - Founders day picnic and boat ride as well as The Spring Fling
Finance Sub-Committee: Kevin
• Committee budget amounts for 2018 will be the same as 2017 unless the committees report
otherwise. Asking committees to please submit changes if needed
District 36: Karen H. (standing in)
• There will be a new District rep next month as per District 36
Cumberland Valley Intergroup (CVI): No one present

Al-Anon: Mary K.
• Al-ateen has a meeting for students of Central Dauphin High School on Thursdays during the
school day – It is not an open meeting.
OLD BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS
• Mike A. – Received a request to update HAI/AA information on the PA-211 hotline and website.
o PA-211 is a free public services directory
o Mike asked for any input – none was given
o Mike will submit to keep the listing as is
• Norm S. – Would like to see the unity committee get up and running again
