OUR FUTUREOUR FUTURE
missionThe Harvey School provides a college preparatory program that fosters lifelong learning and inspires students to develop the confidence and leadership qualities necessary to succeed in a diverse, competitive, and changing world. With our commitment to small class size, our community cultivates the strengths of each student through academic excellence, artistic exploration, athletic achievement, community service, and global understanding. (Mission updated 2014)
preparing for the futureAs The Harvey School prepares for its Centennial in 2015–16, we celebrate our heritage while positioning ourselves to anticipate our future needs.
Over the past 98 years, while Harvey has experienced tremendous change, it has remained committed to its tradition of small class size, close faculty/student relationships and support, as well as the expectation and encouragement of effort in and out of the classroom.
Members of the Board of Trustees, administration, faculty, alumni and parents all took part in developing this strategic plan. The plan provides The Harvey School with a five-year roadmap for achieving our ideal future. The Board of Trustees and staff will review progress annually and update the plan as needed.
