HSDM is determined to bring a U-turn in skill development sector and is progressively working
towards meeting Mission target of skilling 1 lakh youth during the FY 2018-19 through its various
schemes The Skill Development Mission is not only targeting the training but also ambitiously
focusing on the placement of the trained youth by taking the benefit of the demographic dividend
The placement is targeted both in Self and wage employment based demand of the market and
the sector specific Industries
However Mission adopting various innovative thoughts and best practices under the leadership
and direction of Shri Devender Singh IAS ACS SDIT amp Vice-President-I HSDM Haryana and Shri
Raj Nehru Mission Director HSDM
The Government of Haryana in its endeavour to promote employability and entrepreneurship of
its youth has creating and continues to establish World class skill infrastructure in the State It is
the Statersquos endeavour to put Haryana as a Skill Capital of the Country in next five years
HSDM has set up a daily governance meeting to speed up the execution of deliverables

Ms ABC Sports P Ltd Ms Theme Ventures Ms DBliss Ms Ikya Human Capital Solutions
Ms Invenico Technologies and Ms Medeor Hospitals participated in the first On-Campus
Placement Drive of 2019 at the Center of Excellence
The placement drive was a tremendous success with a buzz around the Campus and smartly
dressed men amp women participating in multiple rounds of interviews for internships and
placement avenues across different industry sectors like management human resources and
healthcare
The candidates equipped with the right set of skills aced the interviews and embark on a
journey as corporate citizens to shape develop and transform their professional skyline
The efforts guidance support and encouragement of the Placement division and Ms Ambika
Patyal Joint Director Haryana Skill Development Mission Government of Haryana were
appreciated by the stakeholders

Ms Safeducate Learning Pvt Ltd organized a Job Fair at Government Polytechnic College Indri (Nuh)
A total of 6 renowned companies participated ie Safexpress IKYA Human Capital Team HR Neha
Associate TDS Consultants and PNG HR services More than 200 trainees participated in the process
out of which 80 got their job offer letter on the spot and 40 trainees were shortlisted by IKYA Human
Capital for second round Skill development initiatives have been bridging the gap between supply and
demand of the skilled workforce in India and providing best of the opportunities to the youth to

A Mega Job Fair was conducted by Amass Skill Ventures (P) Limited at Sonipat on 12th January 2019
The Job Fair was inaugurated by Mr Jagmohan Bharadwaj ndash PA to Mr Rajiv Jain (Media Advisor of
BJP) In his inaugural speech Mr Jagmohan Bharadwaj addressed the aspirants about the importance
of skill training and how the same can be crucial for setting up their career path
A large number of aspirants participated in the Job Fair where prominent names like Rockman JSS
Enterprises RK Enterprises Karvy Forde Search Pvt Ltd S amp R Export Falcon Force Orient Craft Ltd
INT Institute Indian New Technology Atlas Cycle and many more conducted interviews for the skilled
trainees A considerable number of youth got selected in the Job Fair and were given offer letters on
the spot The selected candidates were offered salary ranging from Rs9000- to Rs10000- pm

bull Haryana Skill Development Mission organized a one-day workshop on 31102018 at
Kisan Bhawan Sector-14 Panchkula The workshop was organized to discuss the
achievements and Half Yearly Performance Review of Haryana Skill Development
Mission for the Financial Year 2018-19 under the chairmanship of Sh Raj Nehru

A total of 6 renowned companies participated ie Safexpress IKYA Human Capital Team HR Neha
Associate TDS Consultants and PNG HR services More than 200 trainees participated in the process
out of which 80 got their job offer letter on the spot and 40 trainees were shortlisted by IKYA Human
Capital for second round Skill development initiatives have been bridging the gap between supply and
demand of the skilled workforce in India and providing best of the opportunities to the youth to
showcase their skills Sharing some glimpses of the Placement Drive

A Mega Job Fair was conducted by Amass Skill Ventures (P) Limited at Sonipat on 12th January 2019
The Job Fair was inaugurated by Mr Jagmohan Bharadwaj ndash PA to Mr Rajiv Jain (Media Advisor of
BJP) In his inaugural speech Mr Jagmohan Bharadwaj addressed the aspirants about the importance
of skill training and how the same can be crucial for setting up their career path
A large number of aspirants participated in the Job Fair where prominent names like Rockman JSS
Enterprises RK Enterprises Karvy Forde Search Pvt Ltd S amp R Export Falcon Force Orient Craft Ltd
INT Institute Indian New Technology Atlas Cycle and many more conducted interviews for the skilled
trainees A considerable number of youth got selected in the Job Fair and were given offer letters on
the spot The selected candidates were offered salary ranging from Rs9000- to Rs10000- pm
