motivates your work, but task must not be reward oriented. One has to do work continuously.

Patience, smart work and great struggle are the qualities of successful employ.

CHALLENGES :He always have to think it as an

opportunity. Challenges give us life long

lessons and experience that a person need to be successful.

JOB SATISFACTION:According to him, job satisfaction

is internal satisfaction.He thinks that satisfaction from

our heart is more important than the other sort.

JUNIORS NOT WORKING ACCORDING TO EXPECTATION

He says that to make juniors to go to the right way we have to know what’s wrong that is going in their mind.

LIFE EXPERIENCES

At the age of 15 he saw the performance by Pandit Udayshankarji.

At the age of 19 he left the home. And learn the Indian classical dance forms like Kathak. Bharatnatyam, Kathakali, Odyssey and Kuchipudi. He has achieved the degree of visharad in all these dance forms.

ADVISE FOR FUTURE ENGINEERS:Set a goal. And try all the things

to achieve that goal. Be positive. Be honest.
