Vorab müssen die zwei Verkleidungendemontiert werden.

First, dismantle the two marked panels.

Left side

Remove the three marked originalscrews and the original spacers.Screws and spacers are obsolete.

Grease all moving parts. Use liquid threadlocker to secure all screws and nuts.

Mount one side after the other, so that the handle bar position does not change !Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screwsshould be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observethe tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!

Alle beweglichen Teile einfetten. Schrauben mit Sicherungsmittel sichernDie Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichenSchrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechendeAnzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomentebeachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!




Die drei markierten Originalschraubenentfernen, sowie die Originaldistanzen.Schrauben und Distanzen entfallen.

Montage des linken Halteadapters:Den Halteadapter zwischenFußrastenhalterung und Rahmenpositionieren.Von außen mit den LinsenkopfschraubenM8x40 sowie den abgesetztenStahldistanzen Ø20/14 x Ø9 x 15mmdie Fußrastenhalterung mit demHalteadapter wieder am Rahmenverschrauben.

Fastening of the left adapter:Slide the holding adapter betweenfootrest holder and frame.Mount the footrest holder together withthe adapter with filister head screwsM8x40 and the special steel spacersØ20/14 x Ø9 x 15mm.

Fastening of the centre stand:Grease the special spacer Ø28/15 x Ø10,5x 11mm and stick it from outside in thecentre stand, as shown in the picture.Use filister head screws M10x25 withwasher ø10,5 to fix the stand to theadapters.Now tighten all screws firmly and mountthe panels again.

Montage des HauptständersDen Hauptständer unter dem Motorradmit dem Ausleger links positionieren,links und rechts die abgesetzten BuchsenØ28/15 x Ø10,5 x 11mm von außen, wieabgebildet, fügen.Den Hauptständer mit den Linsenkopf-schrauben M10x25 und den U- Scheibenø10,5 verschrauben.Nun alle Schrauben fest anziehen unddie Verkleidungen wieder anbringen.
