Take Note!* We have a new Sunday afternoon worship time. We will now be meeting EVERY

Sunday at 1:00pm. The Potluck meal will still be held every 1st Sunday of themonth. All other weeks are BYOL (Bring your own lunch) or grab a biteelsewhere.

* MEN'S PRAYER BREAKFAST is every Friday at 6:30am at Bob Evan's in Wentzville.

* Monday Night WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY will resume September 9th here at the buildingfrom 7-8pm. We are doing an Overview of the Old Testament together. If youhave never joined this study - you are missing out! Commit yourself to startthis year. It is always encouraging and worth your time!

* Who is going to hook the biggest one? The KIDS FISHING DERBY is set for TODAY,at Busch Wildlife following the 1pm worship service.

* Ladies, PILLOW-FEST is set for Sunday, September 15th. We will work on thepillows between lunch and the 1pm service and also following the 1pm service.We'll make pillows till we drop! The pillows will be donated to Urgent Care.

* The St. Louis Area-Wide Lectureships will September 19th-22nd at St. Peter's churchof Christ. The theme this year is "Show Us Plainly". There are brochures inthe back with the details and information on our website, as well.

* The ALL-ANGLERS FISHING TOURNEY will be held on Saturday, September 28th. Thetime will be announced soon. Come out and help us catch our dinner for theFish Fry in October! Sign up on the table in the back if you plan to go.

* School is back in session and Marilyn is collecting non-perishable food donations forthe Warrenton and Wright City school kids. They can be put on the table inthe fellowship room.

* It's that time again! - We need to bring in more coffee mugs for the Turning PointWomen and Children's Shelter. They can be placed on the back table in thefellowship room. Small items to put in the mugs are needed too.

"Be devoted to prayer..." (Romans 12:12)* Our thanks to God! Tammy Smith's sister-in-law,Maria Smith, had her kidney transplant this week and

it went well. Her husband, Randy, who donated the kidney was able to go home yesterday. Mariawill be in the hospital for another couple of weeks. Continue to pray for their recovery. Tammy'sparents have been able to be there to help with the kids and take care of Randy and Maria.

* Mac and Willadean recieved word that their daughter Rhonda's biopsy went well this week and theresults were all clear. Praise God for that!

Congratulations to Evan and Christina Romo on the birth of theirnew baby girl! Charlotte Elizabeth was born on Wednesday.

She weighed 6 pounds and was 20 inches long.They will be calling her "Charlie Beth"
