Chloe is currently ranked number 1 in the country for her weight division of 55kg. National Tennis Centre As part of the Sports Development Unit of work, students visited the National Tennis Centre in Roehampton, London CAIT from Met Police coming in - West Ham Ladies Academy Teenage girls with a passion for foot- ball are being given a unique opportu- nity to join West Ham United Ladies Academy (WHLA) with an exciting new partnership between Havering Sixth Form College, West Ham Unit- ed Football Club and the Community Sports Trust. The Academy, for girls aged 16 to 19, will start in September 2010. It will be based at the College and will enable talented footballers to have an unri- valled educational package as well as access to professional football instruc- tion by West Ham coaches – with the chance to play in the prestigious National Colleges Football League against teams like Arsenal and Chel- sea. Students will be given the chance to volun-teer at some of London’s biggest sporting including the London Marathon, Guinness RU Premiership Final at Twickenham, 4 nations Basketball in the O2 and the National Indoor Cricket Finals at Lords just to mention a few. There will also be the opportunity for students to
