Moreover, we also inform you that the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of theCompany will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 09:00 a.m. at Mezzanine Floor, UBL Building,1.1. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Members' whose names appear in the Register of Members onOctober 16, 2017 will be entitled to attend the meeting.

The Share Transfer Book of the Company wi II remain closed from October 16, 2017 toOctober 23,2017 (both days inclusive).

A member of the Company entitled to attend and vote may appoint another member as his/her proxy toattend and vote instead of him/her. Proxies must be received at the Registered Office of the Companynot later than 48 hours before the time of holding the meeting.
