Andrea is not just our in-house chef and culinary director,

she is also a trained professional chef and frequently hosts a

popular culinary TV show aired all over the Middle East,

known as “101 Best Places to Eat in the UAE.”

Born to Greek parents and raised in Canada, Andrea was

brought up in the restaurant business from diapers! Armed

with a degree in culinary science & hospitality management,

she has traveled the world and worked in 5 star hotels.

Working with Chefs in top global restaurants has given her

extensive knowledge in the world of high stakes gastronomy

and culinary excellence.

Cooking delicious food, meeting new people and trekking

the globe spreading humanitarian awareness are what

drives and inspires her each day. Her personal motto in

design is “less is more,” and she is a proponent of simplicity

and minimalism in her culinary and artistic expression.

RYANGAZDER

Ryan has been part of the founding team since the

company’s inception in 2004 and currently spends his time

between Dubai, Singapore, Montenegro and the CIS (he

insists he spends a lot of time living out of a suitcase but we

think he’s been visiting a lot of fancy hotels).

A fourth-generation hotelier and a graduate from IIT

Bombay, Ryan discovered an inherent preference for the

hotel industry and has several years of prior experience with

a leading hospitality contracting firm in the Middle East &

North Africa region, handing a combined total of projects

worth over USD 180 million in a previous role.

With an experienced background in F&B and hospitality

operations, he applies his project management & technical

skills to our portfolio of iconic projects around the world and

enjoys high adrenaline aerial sports, paragliding,

paramotoring, endurance riding, martial arts, motorcycle

racing and mountain climbing when he gets time off.

PURVEZGAZDER

Purvez is a career hotelier and co-founder of the company

with vast hands-on experience with global hotel brands

across the Middle East, South Asia and Central Asia making

him a regional authority on hospitality operations and a well

known figure in the hospitality and catering business.

An old-school hotelier, he started his career at an early age

and worked his way across different departments in various

hotels, eventually developing a unique insight and

understanding across disciplines. This is what allowed him to

branch out with consultancy aimed at making hotel services

& relate processes more efficient, affordable, and ultimately

more profitable. He is sometimes referred to in inner circles

as the Consultant’s Consultant.

We still don’t know how Purvez has so much energy and

dynamism throughout the day but we suspect this stems

from his genuine love for his life’s work. He is an amateur

recreational sports pilot and spends equal time with his

family in Mumbai, Dubai and Australia.

World Record Furthest Leaning Building 18° Angle

We were tasked with the challenge to redesign all kitchens, restaurants & bars six months before the official launch. All equipment had been delivered on-site and was ready for installation. A new F&B concept designer had been appointed. We took ownership of the entire project and redesigned everything within three months. The Hotel opened on time.

challenge owing to irregular structure + constant curves on the lateral & vertical

facades. We have been working with Jumeirah since 2012 to progressively

renovate and reinvigorate several F&B outlets across the hotel and give it

a fresh new face for 2020.

An iconic jewel in the Dubai skyline and an engineering challenge owing to irregular

structure + constant curve on the lateral & vertical facade. We have been working

with Jumeirah since 2012 to progressively renovate several outlets across the hotel and give it a fresh new face for 2020. So

far 4 outlets have been completed and another 2 will start in 2015. .

A very exclusive yacht club located on the Yas Marina F1 racetrackwith an exclusive berthing area for superyachts allowing you towatch the F1 race right from your own yacht. The iconicarchitecture featured only circular, irregular and curved spaces.We had to ensure that we got maximum efficiency from thekitchen layouts using clever and judicious space planning.

We have been entrusted to develop all kitchens in line

with the entire master plan including kitchens, mobile

transport, logistics & waste planning for 18 different

mixed-category restaurants, kiosks, bars, cafes, coffee

shops, staff dining, a secret members’ club, centralized commissary , main kitchen

etc which will serve the entire park throughout the

day, using an electric mobile transportation system.
