HD RUBBER CONNECTING SET- Silent flexible rubber bolted joints. Diameter M48,
property class 8.8 bolts with lock nuts.
CHAIN MOORING SYSTEM- The strong and robust anchor points are connected to reinforced concrete forming a
strong and stable fixing system for the pontoon;- The robust anchor points are in each corner of the HD concrete pontoon;- Simple and ”user friendly” chain locker plate.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT- SOS Pedestal;- Safety Ladder.
GANGWAY- Metal gangway;- Timber gangway.
SERVICE PEDESTAL
- Electricity supply for boats;
- Water supply for boats;
- Lighting for the floating pontoon.
FENDER- Protects boat
booms or mooring fingers against impacts (colour: white).
MOORING FINGER- Mooring Fingers with
rubber connection.
TIMBER DECKING- Planed anti-slip blanks 28x120 mm;- Strength C16 according to
EN 338 standard;- Impregnated (vacuum pressure method),
class: HC4).
PILE MOORING SYSTEM- An alternative solution for chain
mooring;- Has been designed for piles
Ø400-500 mm;- The design pile load is 40 kN;- Large and robust construction;- Flexible rubber joints
BOAT BOOMS- Boat Booms with
rubber or hinge connection;
- With or without timber decking.
MOORING BOLLARD- T-bollard mooring;- The geometrical construction of the bollard ensures the
better distribution of the internal forces.
SERVICE DUCTS AND CABLE TRAY- Inside concrete, not visible;- Can be installed on both sides or in the
middle;- Duct diameter 110 mm or 160 mm.
TIMBER FENDER- Planed timber fender
70x195 mm;- Impregnated
(vacuum pressure method) softwood fender, class: HC4;
- Strenght C24 according to EN 338 standard;
- All bolts and fittings are hot dip galvanized.
HD CONCRETE PONTOON- Hydrotechnical fiber reinforced
concrete C40/ 50, watertight W6, enviroment class XS2, frost resistance XF4 and KK4;
- Reinforcement 6 mm fully hot dip galvanized C4 according to ISO 1461 standard;
- Expanded polystyrene: density 19kg/m³, strenght ≥100 kPa, water absorption ≤3%.
FINGER CONNECTING RAIL- Insures flexible and
strong connection between concrete pontoon and mooring fingers/ boat booms;
- For mooring fingers and boat booms that use flexible rubber connection;
- Connections are horizontally adjustable.
