The HD Riveter is based on the same cam-driven technology as the R2 Riveter, but is capable of setting larger and longer rivets. The HD Riveter boasts an oversized cam and cam follower, oversized ram, larger motor, and heavier duty frame.

Our HD Riveter gives you two key advantages over the standard R2 Riveter. The first advantage is rivet capacity; the HD uses heavy duty components and a larger motor which gives it the ability to set larger rivets. Secondly, the HD Riveter offers a longer stroke and a larger distance between the top and bottom tooling. This extra distance can be used to set a longer rivet, or to provide the necessary clearance needed when riveting large or complex parts.
