• 1975-1979 : All land records were destroyed by Khmer Rouge
• 1989 Private property re-introduced
• 1995-2002, pilot projects supported by (GIZ) German and (FINNMAP) Finnish started to establish digital data (GIS & Database)
• 2002, Multi-development partner project LMAP/LASSP started

General information
All Provinces in Cambodia and overall 82 Teams land registration use Access database
Up to April 2016 the record land parcel registration total around 4 million
2000-2013: LMAP/LASSP, FINNMAP support the development DBMS MS-ACCESS application

Supported functionalities of the DBMS Ms-Access application and ArcGIS:
Digitizing of parcel boundaries Entry Data Owner information Produce the official documents Backup Database and Geometry data Print Land Titles, Cadastral index map Ownership transfers

Capacities of DBMS Ms-Access –> limits reached (2GB) Deprecated Software and file formats Missing features such as:
Condominium Hypothec and other burdens Multi ownership (more than two owners) Compilation of several provinces Unicode support Search limitations Nationwide analyses and statistics

GIZ support to develop DBMS by using Free Open Source
Software PostgreSQL, QGIS from Sep 2015 Until Dec 2016 Beginning of programming in Jan 2016
Ms-Access Database model and the implemented workflow was
