9:30 pm Dance to chart topping music from the 80’s. Our resident DJ will be playing until late.
11:00 pm Awards and prizes for the best dressed and our survivor’s breakfast is served.
12:00 am The clock tower strikes 12. It’s time to go back to the future.

Full payment and menu selections must be received no later than two weeks prior to the date of your event.Due to the high volume of bookings, deposits can only be accepted from the organiser and cannot be transferred to form payment for another guest.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING The term “the Company” refers to Antoinette Hotel Group Ltd. 1. All verbal bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than the 5 days pending receipt of the booking form and the appropriate non-refundable deposit. 2. Confirmation of your booking will be sent and is your guarantee. Any booking that has not been confirmed will be released. 3. No refunds of monies paid will be made for cancellations or decreases in number of guests attending. 4. Monies paid for non-arrivals cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party. 5. All additional charges incurred during the evening must be settled prior to departure. 6. The Company reserves the right to remove food displayed within a suitable time period. 7. The Company reserves the right to rearrange the event to another room if the num-bers increase or decrease substantially from the original number proposed. 8. When the Company provides the Event which includes any services supplied by a third party, the Company does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to their quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise, but shall, where possible, assign to the Hirer the benefit of any warranty, guarantee or indemnity given by the person supplying the service to the Company. 9. Guests attending an event accept dancing at their own risk and the company may not be held liable for any injuries. 10. Gardens and outside areas: The Company accepts no liability for injuries in these areas owned by the Company. 11. The Company may at its absolute discretion change its Festive Programme and will not be held liable other than for the return of all monies paid. 12. The Company reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. 13. The Company reserves the right through its Manager or authorised person to refuse admission to, or remove from the premises any person considered to be behaving or likely to behave in a manner prejudicial to the Company. 14. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend any contents and prices of the events and packages as necessary without prior notice. 17. The Company’s decision will be final, over determining any questions arising in relation to the interpretation of these terms and conditions. 16. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
