HEAD COACHSTRENGTH & CONDITIONING
The Alexander Waske Tennis-University is a high professional Tennis Academy. Top ATP and WTA Tour players, promising future talents and enthusiastic amateur players all train at our
bases in Germany and India.We are looking for a strength & conditioning coach who is responsible for
the structure of both academies.
QUALIFICATIONS» Certified Strength & Conditioning Level/Degree» Bachelor‘s or higher Degree in an appropriate area of specialization (desired)» Minimum 3 years of experience in an athletic program, academy or equivalent sports area
JOB SUMMARY» Provides leadership, organization and supervision of all personnel and aspects of the
Strength and Conditioning program for academy players» Ensures the enhancement of the physical and mental development of academy-athletes
through the implementation of specific training programs and activities to increase theperformance of academy-athletes in both practice and competition
» Coordinates staff and interdisciplinary communication with the medicaland tennis department
» Oversees the general operation and maintenance of the weight room along with enforcing safety procedures
» Screening and Monitoring of overall training volume and coordination with departmental staff, coaches and medical staff
» Attends athletic both tennis and strength and conditioning events as requested and when feasible
» Supervises and helps to recruit both assistant strength coaches and interns» Educating staff and giving coaching seminars» Video Conferencing/Parents Updates/Sales Calls with new clients» Furthermore we are looking for a coach who has
