Head of Reward & PensionsBuckinghamshire, 80-85K plus packageThe clientWe are working with a FTSE 250 business who are looking to recruit a Head of Reward & Pensions. You will develop Reward and Pension strategies to support the long term people agenda and to ensure a competitive offering to their management and work force.
The role • You will work with the HR Director and senior management team to design and deliver competitive reward
policies to support their talent and retention strategies, with a particular emphasis on flexible benefits, LTIPs and bonus schemes.
• Develop salary review programmes, benchmarking and job role profiling to ensure that the organisation is competitive in its market place to attract new talent and retain their top performers.
• You will lead the Pension team and work with the Finance Director to ensure the best management of assets and liabilities.
• You will provide support to the Pension Trustees
The personTo be considered for this role you will have a strong background in both Reward and Pensions with relevant qualifications. You will need to have the credibility and gravitas to be perceived as a Trusted Advisor to senior managers - and be a strong communicator.
