Headaches

Tension Headaches: tightening on both sides of the head Results of STRESS,

bad posture: tightening of muscles in the neck and the scalp.

Lasts minutes – days and can be frequent.

Cluster Headaches: usually one side of the head behind an eye Related to an

increase of blood flow/ vasodilation

Less common then Tension Headaches.

Usually 4-5 times a day.
