Kindly refer to this Office Circular of even number dated 10-01-2011 on the above cited subject.In this connection, I am directed to inform you that Special Logo finalized for 'Diamond Jubilee Year ofESIC' will be put up in all the buildings of ESIC along with Services available in that particularOffice/Institution. Accordingly, the budget for this purpose has been allotted as per details given below:-

Allotted Rs. 60,000/- for each type of Rs.30,000/- for each type of OfficeBudget OfficeType of Office R.O,fS.R.O,fD.O,fESIC/ESI ESICBranch Offices and ESI Dispensaries.

Hospitals/D(M)D/D(M) NoidaNTA/Hqrs. office

1. RDs/Directors/Jt. Directors (t/c) have been allotted budget in respect of each R.O,fSRO/DO andBranch Office and SSMC/SMC's Office are being allotted budget for all the ESI Hospitals andDispensaries of their respective region. Medical Supdts. of ESIC Hospitals are being allotted budget forESICHospitals. The budget for D(M)D, D(M) Noida, NTAand Hqrs. Office have also been allotted.

2. The complete worksheet of allotted amount is annexed with this letter. It is requested to award workof erection and maintenance of Illumination Board after following due purchase procedure as laid downin GFR.
