Terms & Conditions
• Only once payment is made in full along with approved and signed layout, Montina Ltd will start production on the headstone. Once work has commenced there is no cancellation or refund.
• K100+GST storage fee will be charge if headstones are not picked up after 30 days from completion date • Cancellation and or return of headstone will attract and administration and re-stocking fee equal to 25% of the sale
value • A deposit of K1,000.00+GST is required to secure an headstone, the customer has one (1) month to pay in full from
date of deposit. • Customers with deposits made on a headstone are not guaranteed there selected headstone after the 30 days as
customers that pay in full will be given priority. • Montina Ltd doesn’t provide the Epoxy glue for headstone installation • Montina Ltd will NOT be responsible for the late arrival of the Photoceramic as this is airfreighted from Europe. • Customers are to arrange their own air and sea freight. Montina Ltd will only do delivery to airport and sea port.
