Introduction

OriginallyCreatortoldme thatIhadtowritethisbookandIguess I thought thatmeant that Iwas supposed to type it allout. SinceI’mabitstubborn,I’vetriedto recorditmyselfandI’vealso triedto sitdownwithmyfriendVincentto recordit,sincehe’sherevisitingfromLondon,butIkeepbeingtold“No,”Ihavetowriteit.

Thethoughtofhavingtoputinthismuchtimetotypethisoutkindofexcitesmeandfrightensmeatthesametime. ThedirstbookthatIwrote,LearningtoListentoGod,isstillsittingonmycomputer…I’vedonenothingwithit,eventhoughittookmemonths towrite.Howeverhere Igoagainwritinganotherbook.

Assomeofyouknow,I’mdyslexicandI’malsonotthebestpersonatspelling,butthistimeImustsaythatit’smucheasier.As I look atmy dirst paragraph, there areonly tenmisspelledwords already, and that makes me feel pretty good. Myprevious book, Sacred Activations, was a transcribedconversationbetweenmy friend, Vincent andme. Two yearshave now passed since that book was written and a lot hashappened that’s important forme to sharewith you. This ismorethanlikelywhyCreatortoldmetobeginwritinganotherbook.

NearthebeginningofthisIdidn’t thinkthat I’dbeabletorecord chapters like I did for the last book. As I started torecordthematerial, Ihaven’t gottena “no”yet, so thatmakesme happy, because the process has dinally begun to work forme.Whatthismeansisthatthematerialforthisbookis

something that’s begun to dlow and those who are workingwithmehavemadetheprocessaloteasiertoo.

Asoflate,I’vebeenhavingspiritscometalktome…somethingthatI’mnowusetohavinghappen. MyDadpassedtwoyearsago andhe’soneofthese spirits. Forseveralmonthsnowmydad has been telling me that he wants to write a couple ofchapters formynextbook aboutheaven. I’mnot sureifI’llbedoingawebinaronthisyetornot.Yetthethoughtcametometodaythat itwouldbekindofscary to channelmy dadaboutheaven.Inallhonesty,I’mnotsurethatIhavethecondidenceinmyself at this point in time to take on such a hugeresponsibility.

But I guess thebestway forme to do this is to do it in awebinar because as I begin to channel it just dlows. As youcontinuereading,you’ll dindoutwhatI’mgoingtodo,becauseasIstarttheworkonthisbookIdon’tyetknowwhatI’mgoingtodo.

For the last year the thought of an old boyfriend keepscoming to me and Iwouldsee him saying thathe’d died. Hekepttellingmeto look forhim, soonandoff I’d look forhimonlinetodindoutwhathe’sbeendoing.Sincehewasahealer,Ithought that ifhe’sout there teaching itwill show up online,but I couldn’t dindanything onhimatall. Idinally contactedamutual friendonFacebookwho toldmeshe’dnotheardfromhimeither.Withthatshegavemehissister’sFacebooklink,soIcontacted her to ask how he was doing. Unfortunately sheinformedme that he’d died inMarch of2014. Following myintuition,Iaskedherifhe’dcommittedsuicideandshetoldmethathehad.

After reading thatmessage Iwentout to breakfast. Oddlyenough he sat downacross frommeand started to talk withme, telling me that he wants to help me with this book bywritingachapteronsuicide. TodayIwas informedthatI’llbedoingawebinarwithhimandthatwillbe transcribed forthechapter.

About a month before this, a healer I once knew, by thenameofTerryO’Connell,cametomewhileIwasintheshowerandtoldmethat shewantedto helpmewithawebinar. So Iwrote it up and posted it. By the time you read this, thewebinar will have already taken place and will also be achapterinthisbook.

IhavetotellyouthatI’mnotawriterandI’mnotsurehowtolayoutastoryso I’mgoingtodowhatcomestomewhenitdoes. Ihopeyou’llbeablefollowalongwithmymindastherearetimeswhenitseemstobeeverywhere. This iswhy I loveworkingwithaneditorwho getsthematerial as itmakes thematerialeasierforyoutoread.

The parts of this book that I know I will be sharing arethosethathavetranspiredoverthelasttwoyearsandthenewlearningIhavetosharewithyoufromthattime.

The depths of sorrow that I’m feeling deep inmy soul arewhatgotmeto sitdowntowritetonight.Forthe dirst time inmylifeIamlivingalone.AsIsitheretonightI’mdinallyseeingthis sorrow, sadness, and loneliness that I forgot was therebecauseIhavebeensobusylivingmylifeinallofitsbusy-ness.Even though it’s always been there, I just really got in touchwithittoday.

Oneofthe things thatwe all tend to do is look outsideofourselvesforcomfort,forlove,forenergy,andforgratification,

but insteadweneedto look insideforthese things. Youcan’treally have any of thesethings in your outerworlduntil youdindtheminyourinnerworld.

I know this because I recently connected with an oldboyfriend who I kicked to the curb for some fairly foolishreason at the time. It’s beentwo months since I’veseenhimandthissorrowkeepsshowingupwithinme.AtdirstIthoughtthatitwasbecauseImissedhim, buttodayIrealizedthat it’sbeenthereallofmy life. In fact, thesorrowhas nothingtodowithhimbeinghereornot,it’sjustthatthisreconnectionwithhimdinallybroughtitbacktothesurface.

AsIsitherewritingI’mrealizingthatIcan’tbewithhim,orwithanyoneforthatmatter,untilIhavehealedthiswithinme.As longas Idon’thealthis, insomeway I’llcontinueto eitherbring this on someone else, or make it the responsibility ofsomeone elseto makemehappy. Iknow thathappiness is aninsidejob,andItrulythoughtIwashappybecauseIhavebeentotallyenjoyingmylife.YetsuddenlywhatI’vecometorealizeisthatIamlonelyinsideandthatI’vealwaysbeenlonely.

Iamwritingthisinhopesthatithelpsmegetintouchwiththatpartofme,sothatlittlegirlinsidemecandinallybehappy.It’sfunny,butasI’mtypingthisshecametomeandtoldmenottoconnectwithherbecauseit’stoopainful.

My whole life I never feltwanted. I was the thirdchild andwhenIwasbornmymotherwas18yearsold.Eventhoughshedidherbest tokeepusclean,fed,andclothedverynicely, sheneverhadthatbondingwithmebecauseshewasn’tunableto.Ican’t blame her for this because she didn’t know how. Eventhough I love her now andwe are dinally close, that motherbondwasnevertherebetweenus.

FinallywhenIwasateenagerwegottobefriends.Bythistime she’d divorced her husbandand father to the two kidswhoweremyyoungestsisterandbrother.ShewouldtalktomeaboutallkindsofstuffandIfeltveryclosetoherwhenshedid.Thenshe got a boyfriendandall of that friendship that I feltwithhersuddenlywentaway.

This brings me to my step mother… a woman who wasalwaysvery kindtome, butwhooneday suddenly turnedonme. As a result, I saw that what I thoughtwas real love wasactuallyfakelove.LatelyI’vebeenhearingalotoffakelove,butI’venotdoneanyclearingonityet.

Love… Wow! All of these thoughts keep rushing into myheadaboutreallove,fakelove…andwhatislove?

Wow…I justrealizedthat Ican’t let loveinuntil I learntolovemyself.

Did you know I’ve married two men who I didn’t lovebecause Ihadthebeliefthat if I lovedthem theywouldleaveme?ThisbeliefmanifestedthesituationandImarriedeachofthem after I’d brokenmy own heart. Twice Imarriedmen Ididn’t love, and twicewalkedaway frommen Idid love. As amatteroffactIhavehadbothofthesemenbackinmylifethissummerandIdiditagain;Ipushedthembothaway.

Whatthefuckiswrongwithme?WhywouldIdothat?

Again Ipushed loveaway. So canIbe open to loveif Idon’ttruly lovemyselfor feel that I’mworthyof it. I thought Iwasgood, but now I realizethat I still havesomework to do. I’msettingthatmyintentionforanayahuascaceremonytoreceivethishealing.

Onthe17thofDecemberIdlewtoalocationtoconnectwithanAmericanshaman,whereI’llbedoingayahuascaforthedirsttime.In2010asIwasworkingtowardmyCertidicateofScienceinThetaHealing,anditwasthenthatI’ddirstheardaboutDMT.Since then I’ve heard about ayahuasca and that it’s said tobreakupthedeepdarkstuffinsideyouandalsotobringuptheloveatthesametime.Needlesstosay, IamlookingforwardtothisnewexperienceandIthinkthat’swhyI’mgettingintouchwithallofthissadnessonceagain.AlthoughI’vehealedthisonso many levels I didn’t know that so much of this was stillinsideme.Thisexperiencewillalsobeachapterinthisbook.

Atthepresenttime,myplanistorecordthiseventandputit in here, but we’ll see how this unfolds over the next fewweeks.

manyhealers intheworldareafraidtodowhatIdid.They'reafraid tobeinthepower. They'reafraidto seemiracles…andforalotofyou,it’sbecauseyou’reafraidthatyou’llbekilledforit.

Whathappenswhenyougetkilledinavideogame?You’restill quite alive, right? You’re just not playing thevideo gamewithyourfriends.Youseehow lockedintheyareinthevideogame,sowhatareyouafraidof.Youknow thatwhat youfearstopsyou.

Inmylife, Ilearnedto befreeofthatandwasnotafraidofbeing stopped. Andwhenthey killedme and they putme inthattomb,IresurrectedandIlivedoutmylifeandthenIwenthome.

Icomehereallthetime.Iaminsomanyofyouandsomanyof you on this planet resonate with this energy and you’replugged into my energy, into that collective consciousness ofme, andyouradiate that love. But a lot ofyouthat aredoingthis are also locked into your ego and you think you’re coolbecauseofit,whichtotallydisconnectsyoufromthetruth.

The truth is that you’re amazing on your own. Youdo notneed to plug into the collective consciousness, or the beliefsystem, or even the programs of who youused to be, or thepower youused to be, because truly you are all of thatnow.Somepeoplelookbackinthepastlivesandthey’reall, “Iusedto be this,” or people in this lifetime, because of money ordegrees, theythink they'rereallycool. Youarereally cool, butbereally cool in the truth that youare in your heart shiningthroughGod.YouareradiatingGodonthisplanet.

What is God? GuesswhatGod is… Godis you. You are theGodyou are seeking. Tamra, yesterday standing there in herbathroomaftershegotoutoftheshower,shehadathought,“ofwhoamIspeaking,”andsheheard,“youarethemasteryouarespeakingto.”Andyouare themasteryouarespeakingto. Youareme.Youareeverything.Thereis trulynoseparationexceptyour own illusion of the separation. You are what you'reseeking. Youare seekingyou.Youareseekingto haveabetterconnectionwith you in this lifetime. Thereis no reason to gooutside, and look outside, and blame outside, for anythingbecauseit'sallwithinyou.

V: Just comeback to this… thatwhatwe seeoutside, we seeinside. So Jesus… so much love as our admirer, is just aredlectionofwhatwe’vegotinsideofusotherwisewecouldn’tseethat.

Jesus:Yes,it’slikethestoryofthepilgrimscomingtolandandtheIndianscouldn’tseethembecausetheyweren’tawarethatships evenexisted, so they didn't see the ships. Sowhenyoubecomeunawareofthewarsaroundyou,theyjustdon'texist.

V: Inthesameway, attheopposite,whenyouadmire,or youareinspiredbysomeoneorsomethingyouareit.Notthat it’sinyou…youareit.Youarewhatyouperceive.Youarewhatyouadmire,orwhatyou’reinspiredby.

Jesus: Yes, because everything is a redlectionofyou, andyouwillreadandhearthisoverandoveragainfromme.Whatyouadmireandloveinothers,orloveintheworld,orarehappyforinothers,thenyoucanrecognizethatwithinyou,ordesirethatwithin you. The things you hate in theworld, or fear in theworld,arethingsyoufearwithinyou.

V: So theanswerbefore inthe dirst chapter, where it’s aboutreconnectingtoMotherEarth,andto theCentral Sun…weareMotherEarth…wearetheCentralSun.

Jesus:That’sright.Soreally,ifyouarethatadvanced, thenyougorightintoyourheartandyouconnectinyourheartbecauseeverythingintheuniverseiswithinyou.

V: So thequestionthat comesexactlywas that, howdoyou…howtogettothepointwherewelearninourselvesthatweareeverything?

Jesus: Yeahandthat iswhat you'restriving for… that iswhatyou're goingfor. Youknow Iwasn'tbornthisway. I…well… IwasbornthiswaybutwhatI'msayingisIsoughtteachingsandlearned,andexpanded, andmeditated.Itwasaprocessformeto get those learnings and those knowings, so that I couldbetotallyinmypowerandtotallydisconnectedfromtheillusion,andbeknowingandinthetruthforeverything.

That'swhy,whentheywantedtokillmybody,therewasnofearformethere.Itwasn’tthatIwassacridicingmyselfforyou,Iwasshowingyouthatthere'snoreasontofeardeath,because

deathis justanillusion. Icameback andI showedyoumyselfthatitwasanillusionandthatIcouldcontinuemylife.Andyouknow, I reallywant tomakeapointonthat right now, becausethereare people, and there arebooks, andyour society needspeople like that, or doctors, or psychiatrists to have theseexperiencesso thatyoutrustthembecause they areeducated.So,alotofthemcomewiththoselabelstoteachyou.

Butthere’sasimplestoryofawomanthatwasinacomawhowas full ofcancer anddying. Shemetwithher father andherfathersaid,’Youcanlive.Youcanbewhole.Shewokeupandthecancerwasgone.Youcanseethesethingshappeninthisworld.Youhavethatability, it’s just like Ihealpeopleofblindness,ortheycouldn'twalk,becauseItotallyandcompletelysawthatforthem, saw thatforme, knowing itwas true for themas itwastrueforme.Youcanalsodothis. It'syourbeliefthat stopsyoufrom creatingmiracles in theworld, from creatingmiracles inyourlife,frommanifestinginstantly. It’syourfearofmanifestinginstantlythatholdsyouback.

It'salsoyourfearofyourpower.Somanyofyouhavefearofpower. Youfeel likeyouneedto becontrolled. That’swhy theprisons arefull…peopleareafraidoftheirpowerandthey feeltheyneedtobecontrolled,so theyputthemselvesinasituationwheretheyhavetobecontrolled…betoldwhattodo. It’sevenfearoftakingcareofthemselves, fearinghomelessness.Theygointojail,theygetfed,theygetbathed,theyhaveaplacetosleep…andthey’renotresponsiblefortheiractions.Thinkaboutthat.

So why are you needing to be controlled? Why are youneedingtobestuckinthefearandtheillusionsthatareonyourplanet?Youwillbefreeasahumanracewhenyoureleaseyourfear.Idiedonthecross. Ihadno fearbecauseIknewitwasanillusion. Get into the place where you realize all the fear isteachingyouthatyou'restuckintheillusion,andgointoaspaceof love, love foryourself, becauseyoucan't lovehumanityandyou can't love others on the planet unless you truly andcompletelyloveyourself.

V: The word that comes to me is practice, because it’s not aquestionofsimplydoingitonceandsaying, “Okay, Idon’thaveanyfearanymore.”It’saprocess.Sois thereanythingthatyourecommendtodo topracticeto gomoreandmoreto this loveandletgoofthatfear?

Tamra: Absolutely. We’re switching back to Tamra now, andwhatyou’regoingtodois,sorry,letmeconnecthere…

Hereisaprocessandthisisanewprocessthatjustcametomeoverlastweekendduringorganrejuvenationclass,becauseas you know I do Sacred Activations, which clear hundreds,eventhousands,ofbeliefs.Butthisprocesscametomeduringclass,oractuallybeforeclass, sowhatyoudo,because95%ofthetimeyouareinyoursubconsciousbeliefs,right.

Subconscious beliefs…most ofthemareprogrammedfrom0 to 6years old, becausewe were in the theta brain waves,whichmeansyouwereinhypnosis.Soyouwereseeinghowtoactintheworld, youwereseeingwhatbeliefs,whatfears,andyouwerejustdownloadingalloftheseprograms.

So,inthisprocesswhatIwantyoutodoistoconnecttoMotherEarth…You’regoing toputyourfeet in the soil,orin the sand,pretendyou'rearootsystemina tree,oryou’regoingtogointoMotherEarth'sheartchakra.

Justlike theroot systemsin theworld,these energiesand thesebeliefsystemsarerootedinyoursubconscious,right?Andthey’rejustprograms.

Sowhatyou’regoingtodoispretendthatyoucangrabtherootsystemofthiscompleteprogramoffeararoundmoney, and allthe little programs that run behind it… that support it… likeclearingavirusoutofyourcomputer,orpullingweedsoutoftheground.

You’regoingtograbtherootsystem,then Iwantyoutoimaginethatyou’re goingintothe Central Sun, intothe heartchakra oftheCentralSun. Then Iwantyoutowitnessthisrootsystem, allthese subconscious beliefs, completelyand totally incinerated…completelyburnedup,allaspectsofthem…andjustwatchwhilethishappens.

NowIwantyou toseewhatitisyouwish tocreate inyourlife…theoppositeofwhatyoujustreleased.Iwantyoutoseethisasabeautiful plant with an amazing root system of all the newsubconsciousbeliefsthatyouwould liketocreateinyourlife.Onthe5%whileyou'reaware,youknow,youwantthat95%ofthesubconscious mind working for you… not somebody else'sprogramsthattheyputin,butyours.

So,whatisit inthisrootsystemthat'sgoingin?What'sgoingtohappenisall the backgroundbeliefsystemsthatsupportthis, tobring this in, so that your subconscious createsthisfor you inyour life, is now coming in is being implanted in yoursubconsciousmind.

See thathappen.Andthen Iwantyoutoseethatrootsystemgoall thewaydown intoMotherEarth's heart chakra, and goingthroughyou,andconnectingtotheCentralSun.TheCentralSuncreatesit. MotherEarth shows it on the planet for you withinyourworld.

Imagine that the Central Sun isyoursubconscious andMotherEarthisyourconscious,yourbrain.Andthenwhenyou'reready,andyou feeltheenergyshift, comeback…imaginecoming backintoyourbodywiththeseconnections.

As I’dstartedreceivingtheactivations In2012, Iwas livingonamountaintopinSpain.Duringmytime there, onceinthemiddle of thenight I was awakenedwith this message, “TheSuniseverything.TheSuniseverything.Writeitdown.”Iwent,”Okay,”and then Iwrote it down.Now for the last four yearsI’ve been thinking about this. In2003Ipaintedthiswatercolorofthesunwiththisangelcoming through it, dlying over it, and coming to earth. AndwhenIpaintedit,IwastoldbySpiritthatIwouldbetoldwhatitmeans, butat that time itwas beyondmy consciousness tounderstand.Yes,Ididn’tunderstanditthen,butIdonow.

A lot ofus comeand go throughthe sun. Again, theSun isour father and that’s what we’re born through. To getimmediate knowing and manifestation, go into the heartchakraoftheSun.

Humanity is an interesting bunch. They’re like a litter ofkittens… different colors, different spots, differentpersonalities, but really from the samemother and the samefather, just like all of you. It doesn’tmatterwhere youliveorwhat color your skin is because you’re all from the samemotherandfather.

You’re all brothers andsisters. Eachofyouis important tothewhole.Likeorgansareimportanttothebodytofunctionasawhole, youas ahumanare important for thewholehumanrace. As the liver is important to the body, so is eachhumanimportant to humanity… eachofthe different groups. Doyouunderstand? This is something that is important for you tounderstandveryclearly.

Whensomething inyourbody gets diseased, what do youdo? Youdon’t hate it. You love it and get it help. That's thesame way you should be acting in humanity. Don’t hatesomeone. Helpthem insteadbysending themlove.Whenyouseesomeoneactingoutindifferentways thataren’twhat youfeeltoberight,justsendthemlove.
