Ed’s Diamond Drilling Health and Safety Policy Diamond Drilling – Diamond Sawing
We undertake actions to ensure responsibility for ensuring this policy
is put into practice by;
- Identifying hazards in the workplace, assessing the risks related to them and implementing and maintaining safe working equipment.
- Providing and maintaining safe work equipment eg PAT Testing and regular equipment servicing.
- Establishing and enforcing safe methods of work. - Ensuring that technical competence is maintained through the
provision of training as appropriate. - Allowing sufficient funds needed to meet these objectives. - Provide clear instructions and information, as well as
adequate training to ensure employees are competent to do their work.
- Risk assessments are completed before completing any work and produced on site.
- Staff are routinely consulted on health and safety matters as they arise.

of the Health and Safety
at work Act 1974 and in
fulfilling its obligations to
both employees and the
public who may be
affected by its activities:

- All employees on their part are encouraged to contribute actively towards achieving a
work environment that is free of accidents and ill health - Our health and safety policy will be reviewed annually to ensure that it reflects the
changing needs and circumstances. - First Aid boxes are provided in all Ed’s Diamond drilling Ltd vans.
