Content on the homepage

To change the text content on this page (with the exception of the introductory text):

1. From each individual section – My body, My mind, etc.Go to metadata and change the DCTERMS description.

To add an image on the homepage:

1. Save the image under Resources #793863 > Images #820863

2. From the individual section – My body, My mind etc

3. Go to the Details screen

4. Add the image as a thumbnail.

Content style

All text links to PDFs and videos are to show the title of the item, not a shortened version unless it is not sensible to do so.

All PDFs links are to have the text (PDF) added immediately after the link.

In accordions Videos is the first heading – always use Videos even if there is only one video.

HTML code - only use in exceptional circumstances to suit mobile design. However this makes the video far too big on a PC so shouldn’t be used.

Using <p></p> add the end of the code creates an additional line space, so no need to add extra headings between the video and accordions.

Federated searching

All pages in the Health and Wellbeing site should not be searchable.

This has been locked down at the top level #793840

However every time a new page or document, image etc is added to the site please check that the Funnelback Search > Allow searching is turned off.

From the asset

1. Select >Metadata

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and ensure Allow searching is set to ‘No’ and Search category is unchecked.

News updates

This page is updated once a month to coincide with a Health and Wellbeing DL email .

1. Change the Latest updates – xxxxx 2020 to the current month.

2. Remove all content from the previous month.

3. Set page up by Sections and then Section headings as appropriate e.g.

All videos should be embedded unless this will make the page too long, in this case just embed the first video and link the rest eg

4. As well as adding this content to the New updates page this content will need to be updated on the individual pages.

a. Check the current Latest updates content is in the relevant Resource Library section and then delete it.

b. Under Latest updates add the new content eg

c. Secondly under the relevant section in the Resource Library add the content just added in Latest updates.
